I realized lately that I should have dumped the tokens I got from investing ICO the first chance I have because most of the time, they all dip before rising up again. Now I suffer for the loss and have to wait for them to go up before I can profit but that is if they really can rise against their competitors. I'm regretting it already. I'd be happy to invest again to some other ICO and dump the first when released.  Edgeless and Augmentor may also be dumped once its released but this time I should have the chance.  Grin

selling at the wrong time, buying at the wrong time
if that's always happen maybe you need to asses there's some new things that needed to consider when dealing with this miss fortune mate,
if we study more maybe we can be able to hold for some time before we sell fomo is bad habits but sometimes trend will be on your side
so better to wait and never sell when you are still at lost.

My biggest regret is that I invested some BTC30 in Litecoinglobal (in 2013/14), and lost all of that amount. Also, when I was going through financial hardship in 2015/16, I sold about BTC25 for fiat. The average selling price was around $230 to $250. Right now I am having less than BTC7. I should have never sold my coins at such low rates.  Angry

Of course like most of the people the biggest regret I think is selling bitcoins at the wrong time.
Before when bitcoin didn't have much value u decided to sell it when the price reached 220$ as I had bought it at 100$ or something. I was happy that time by I didn't realise the importance of it that time.

What are some of your biggest bitcoin regrets, and what were you thinking back then?

Besides "not getting in sooner"  Grin

Obligatory: BFL  Tongue

EDIT: Bitcoin "mistakes" go here =)
My biggest bitcoin regrets wag ignoring its popularity and value. When I go back in time, I will buy more bitcoins and I will save it to my wallet to make a high profit. This is my biggest regrets! Also wasting my time to earn satoshi in some faucets was also a regretting for me. I lost all my satoshi, I don't know what happened to my satoshi. I hate that moment. It's very annoying.

Like everyone my biggest regret would be that i came to know about bitcoin after the easy period where you could mine with your CPU as well as your GPU. I was very much active in most of the forums and i missed bitcoin and next regret would be the buying and selling of coins.Have to figure out the best time to trade.

Everyone has their regrets for entering the bitcoin space late and when the mining difficulty was really low.But it was open and if you were following the financial developments in the digital sphere you would have known about it at least a couple of years ago. If you really want to know about trading just follow the developments in every coin and every minute development have a reflection in the price.

Biggest regret so far was no knowing bitcoin earlier. If only I knew it it earlier, it wont be hard for me to earn bitcoin today. But ofcourse, everything happens for a reason. Maybe it wasn't meant for me to learn it early.

Well, you have a bitcoin very much. I guess I am also sorry that he had several times to sell bitcoin at a very low price. I guess I do like it for two reasons, namely panic, and in desperate need of money in the form of fiat. well, but this time, I can only reflect on all that I have done.

I know how you feel. I personally have lost (not as much as you of course) just over 10BTC with SilkCoin. I kept buying on the way down, and the price kept sinking deeper. I am glad I swallowed the heavy loss at that time, otherwise I could have ended up losing close to 15BTC. The only good thing is that we learn from our mistakes. Not long after that I decided to for ever quit any sort of involvement in altcoins.

Sorry to hear that 1Referee. That is also a huge loss out there! Sad I could have 1 brand new car on that amount of bitcoins converted to fiat money. I am just wondering when car companies start  accepting bitcoins as a mode of payment. Anyway, although it is tempting to invest to ICO, but I would rather trade slowly than investing to these coins because the latter is full of risk and it just does not fit my risk appetite Smiley

My biggest regret in bitcoin is that I wasn't able to try it when it was still on it's early stage.

And I regret too that I didn't listen to my friend that tried to invite me on using bitcoin.

Because my first impression is that, I thought it was a scam.

I knew about Bitcoin when it was just under one dollar. I didn't quite understand it back then and it sucks that I just didn't buy a few hundred and keep them stacked away. Today I would have retired with a few hundred Bitcoin. I have made other mistakes as well, like selling LTC a few years ago, which would have been worth quite a few Bitcoin now.

My biggest regret on bitcoins was that from the time I'm starting to earn from faucet. I gave my time and effort on certain site which gave me some bitcoins through satoshis but unfortunately most of them ended up as scam site. From then on I read some feed backs of people from a certain site before I start doing things thought it is not 100% guaranteed the it will not be scammed based on just subjective comments alone. This almost made me leave bitcoins but in the end I still survive the industry just by believing I can cope up again.

BIG WINNER!

I never got scammed or lost anything, I guess my biggest regret would be giving up on bitcoin for a time after the mtgox crash. It all seemed like the end and I forgot about bitcoin for over a year before coming back.

My biggest regrets about bitcoin is exposed a scam hashocean about 5 btc one year ago, I bought about 10 btc in 2015 with a price of $220. then I invested into cloud mining that are currently popular and I select hashocean amd invest 8 btc, after 50 days of scam and return around 3 btc.
I also invested some bitcoins in cloud mining company and once 0.5 BTC in a HYIP, and end up loosing all my bitcoins.
After that incident, I never invested in cloud mining or any HYIP and strongly recommend others to not to invest in any of these kind of programmes.
