Is Monero a Good Investment?

I think Monero is very profitable in this and also next year. According to a Monero price prediction by oracletimes.com, Monero is going to be in top 3 performing cryptocurrencies in 2018, mainly because of the anonymity it provides.

I wouldn't be so sure. Because do not see how everyone praises your token. There's praise EOS someone praises NEO, some were mad and believe in the miracle of the Ripple...

I don't know much about monero but I've got feeling that monero is a good option for the investment although the price cannot increase too high in the last year. maybe the monero price can increase higher in this year so we can make a big profit but it will depend on how much monero that we can buy right now. but be sure about choosing monero as your investment and decide how much money you want to use.

I recently started researching in altcoin and I tried to figure out which other altcoin is more used in sending money online (I think a traded currency shows that the currency will resist in the future and will grow) and I came to the conclusion that Monero is that coin.


Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.

So, as the title of this thread says: Is Monero a Good Investment?

I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

Please expose your opinion to help me in making the final decision whether to invest my money in Monero or not.

I personally think that all privacy coins, well, not all of them. but most privacy coins such as Bitcoin Private, Monero, Zcash and DeepOnion are great choices for a long term hold. People are starting to have their privacy stripped away from them with the neural networks behind facebook, twitter etc compiling as much information on people as possible. i think that privacy will become a commodity in future, and people will start to look for options that provide this as standard.

I agree. Coins such as Monero are great for long-term holding. Monero will cost around $600 by the end of 2018 and five times that in five years. I am holding Monero and will keep holding it.
