For me I invest on monero as a long term hold. I only invest minimum to it, because I still can not see its true potential, besides its anonymity that is more useful in terms of untraceable transaction history. But this coin is strong, many time the market is unstable, still this coin is standing.

Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.

I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

I'm sure, Monero is a good altcoin for investing today. On one hand, Monero is a coin that is one of the oldest coins in the trading market today.
For the other hand, free mining for everyone, no matter who it is, all can easily have. Everyone can participate in this, not just for certain mining.

XMR has lost almost half of its value (in terms of BTC) since the start of this year. The trends are also not very encouraging. I would rather invest in other anonymous currencies such as Zcash, rather than putting my hard earned money in to Monero.

Monero is the best privacy coin out there.
If you see what makes it different you will understand.
I would back the truck up to get monero under $100 and go all in at Monero $50
It is the only privacy coin that "they" have not been able to map out.

Monero is the fourth coin I know after bitcoin, DOGE, and Ethereum, almost every day I check Monero prices because I have about $ 5000 in Monero, and I'm sure Monero prices will continue to improve.

Monero use this crypto currency to make payments in online games, online casinos, and also as a payment tool for conducting anonymous transactions, which is now popular.

People are using it though the price gets dumped too often. I would just use Bitcoin instead of using Monero since it's more stable.

Why do people still use although the price of monero is dumped? Its because monero is used for payment in above place where they need privacy coin involve. So dump of the price will not impact the user to continue support this coin. So i will say this is really great opportunity to invest in monero.

Moreno is the good coin which has many advantages when camparing with some existing coin in martket. Now, the price of Moreno is low due to the dowtrend of market but i think it will recover soon. Value of Moreno will evaluate in long term, please patient. I am holding 500 Moreno token and i think it is great investment.

I think we are slowly getting to the point where the tech is stable and more effort can usefully be invested in usability and marketing, and I thank those community members that have focused on those areas. But the design and implementation have to be solid FIRST, and Monero / MRL have been brilliantly focused on those.

Private, fungible, hardcore, real cryptocurrency with strong dev team behind. No marketing, no buzzwords, no con artists in the community(hope so), and going after huge market - offshore banking. Offshore account store more wealth than gold, so potentially it has bigger utility than Bitcoin.

Another reason is that it sticks to what it was meant for and it does not attract wishful thinking. Monero is p2p private electronic cash. That is huge, always a good investment

Monero is one of the best privacy cryptocurrencies and is a great investment.  There's also a new Monero fork but will also offer service nodes (masternodes) called Loki.  Look it up, it's very undervalued at the moment.
