It's not hard to choose a good bounty, besides reading a whitepaper, you can also see what projects are moving in what field and who are the teams and advisors who handle this project.

I am afraid, you are wrong. It is a lot of scam projects nowadays and whitepaper is not always legit. I have seen whitepaper that was stolen/copied from another project and so is the whole project. Only reading the Whitepaper and checking the members is not always enough.

You should definitely check their background, how they manage to do their bounty campaign in the past for other ICOs and what were the ICOs.  Are there any complaints about that bounty, what are their expectations, rules and how much they pay, is it enough. You need to check the company too, Whitepaper, Roadmap and the token market, where are they now, and how much they gather so far.

To choose bounty you need to check their roadmap,white paper and website if it's a good project. Some of project it's not working because lack of communication to their participants. Check their social media if the feedback of people is good.
