actually I less so understand this part, how do I determine the bounty of a lucrative campaign, but I think the project will benefit if the project was a success and the success of that scene from the maturity concept clarity roadmap, and the people involved in it.

Checking the profile of the bounty campaign and the  administrator is the most ideal approach to know first before joining the campaign. You may check likewise the past campaign that how the bounty administrator handle their campaign.

If you want to choose 100% good bounty you need to wait preICO stage. If preICO is successful so ICO will be successful too and it is worth to participate in this bounty. Also you can check history of bounty manager - scams and etc.

We all know that there are a lot of bounty in the bounty section as we can see, but my question is how to choose good bounty campaign that we are able to  earn money? Many people mention, that the only way to determine whether the bounty is profitable or not  is by reading its white paper but may I ask to those expert here what is the other way to determine the profitable bounty?
You can choose a good bounty campaign if the team behind and the developers of the project are solid. You can also ensure that you can earn money if the managers who managing the campaign is a good and respected manager.

Make a research about the team or company and check the past campaign if they are real and not a scam.

first look for the project or campaign that qualifies you according to your rank in the forum. then read their whitepaper, roadmap etc. have you tried bountyhive? they offer decent bounty campaigns. https://bountyhive.io/

Choosing a Bounty Project is like finding the right man/woman for you haha. It is not easy but as soon as you know what are those things that you need to consider to choose the best among them you'll fin the best among them. You can use icobench and compare those ICO there and choose what you are going to join in. You can also use Alexa Traffic to know the percentage of people are visiting those sites. And it's a effective way to know the best Bounty.
I've compiled a list of my preferred bounty managers and time to time I track new companies through them, I also track some bounty hunters and companies they are subscribed to. Sometimes I check out all the new bounties in a thread. There are also telegram bounties channels, they also can be used. Look a this table https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B4sMp4rDeYjPn3Lkbxn6Ot5KLQFERPXloIl5lUbTVBg/edit#gid=843251978

You should make research about the team behind of the project for you to pick good bounty campaign. There are a lot of scam ICOs nowadays. You will not earn money if you join in bounty campaign with team of scammers and thief.

Choosing a good bounty is quite easy, all you need is to study the roadmap to know when it started and when is going to end, the most important thing to check is the reward allocated to the bounty program if you're satisfied with those criteria, I think you're good to go.

The number of people visiting the site may be large, but they will bring little money. It's not a guarantee of success, I think.

Thats a very difficult part of our work to know what is the best bounty campaign to join...  Because there are lots of Bounty why it is very hard to choose...  We cant predict what is the best but for me a good sign that the bounty campaign youv'e join is really good if the campaign manager is trustworthy person and if the project of that bounty campaign is really true and it can convince us it depends also to its purpose....

The choice of the bounty program is a responsible decision, which is predicted most difficult, but the earnings there are the most. I always look at the manager. Usually well-known managers have successful campaigns. But sometimes, "Satoshi Nakamoto descends to me from the sky" and says "take this one" and I take unknown companies to anyone, just by instinct. This is my style of work.
