I think that not only white paper is needed to identify a good bounty company, you need to pay attention to everything, you need to study the site, read information about the project, find out what goals the project creators are following, learn as much information about the development team, find them in social networks , to study their pages,

it's really not that hard to choose what bounty you are going to join in. you just have to be watchful, cautious and careful what project to join. any suspicious you find about the project, just bust out. look for another project you think conforms your standard.

below points needs to be considered befor selecting the bounty:

first we need to check about the project.. its work , worthiness.
bounty manager, his experience, his pat records & his last projects.
team members, their records & work in past.

more study can be done on whitepaper, vision of the project, road-map.

sometimes manager may be good but project may be scam so manager will not be able to do anything. So we need to study all things

I think we'll never know how much bets we'll get before the bounty project ends. Reward distribution usually after ico ends, before entering the market we will not know how much salary we get. so, it all depends on ico development itself, besides research and analyze is a must in every choice.

When you participate in the bounty campaigns you already gained profit on it even when you receive only little amount of that coin/tokens. Because you invested only your time on it and not money. But when you identify a good bounty campaign you must see to it that the tokens or coins you are participating with has a big future and holds lot of functions. In that way you can assume that you selected good bounty campaign.

it is very important to pay attention to such parameters as the popularity of the developers, the amount of money invested in the project, the number of bounty participants, the adequacy of the managers of the promo campaign, the conditions of the meeting and, of course, the percentage of work done.

Choose ICOs which has good working product,or atleast prototype because those who doesnt have any good product to offer wont have any good success, because there will be less people to particiapte their ICO or to buy those tokens which makes it worthless,i personally dont want to participate these ICOs because it will only going to waste our time and effort.

I usually choose those bounty with big token allocation for bounty campaigns. I read also its whitepaper and look for the team and advisers. I look also its community and the bounty manager who handle the bounty.

Pick the most promising ICO, the project with a working product on progress and already reach soft cap is the good ICO in my opinion. But you need to find out your self, you need to experiencing it by your self.

Its really hard to choose reliable bounty because if bounty is going popular other side scam bounty also increasing. Before joining bounty read the white papers of project and know the idea of project. Focus on bounty manager either updating sheet daily basis or not and not and healthy communication with participants,These are sign of good bounty to avoid the scam.

Checking the background of the bounty campaign and the bounty campaign manager is the best way to know first before joining the campaign. You may check also the previous campaign that how the bounty manager handle their campaign.

just try search ico from icobench . From icobench you can find ongoing ico and search it on google, there is a rate from expert and other things that quite good in my opinion and help me a lot when searching for bounty. Sometimes i do searching manually and look at what kind project they do and whitepaper to make sure im joining good bounty.

1. Bounty has a high percentage of bonuses
2. History bounty manager
3. the amount of allocation for bounty (this is my opinion which is most important because I do not want to waste my time on bounty for low pay) if you can project your income from the bounty before joining.

what I always do is look at his website, see his team and road map also see his softcap and hardcap. bounty manager history is very decisive success and even can be said if the history is good then the possibility project will be successful.

Before perticipating in any Bounty campaign I often deeply research the project. My advice is to pay attention whether the projects has a ready-made product as it is some kind of guarentee that it is not a scam as well as  long termed activity before ICO. It is an indicator that team goes stright to thir goal and will not give up.

I choose the bounty for the managers of the campaign leader. I have a list of managers from whom I have participated many times and who often can make good money.

Check those important information and details of the project like the whitepaper, the roadmap, the website and the team involved. But even if you scrutinize all the details and everything with regards to crypto project you will join in the risk will still be there and there's no guarantee that all the project available in crypto world are all legit.

It is very difficult to choose a good bounty compaign. Only experience can help in solving this problem. Undoubtedly it is necessary to get acquainted with the program and the idea of the project in detail. You also need to get acquainted with the team that is going to implement the project. Read, read and read .read a lot = better chances to get a good ico  Wink

Look for a project that you could see actually being used in the real world and not just vaporware.  Most important thing is to verify the team behind the project and make sure they are real people with past experience in the field.

I doubt I will offer you anything new in this post but as people said already, check the team, their idea, soft/hard cap, social media involvement etc.
