Am looking to sell BTC for paypal @ 25percent preeev rate. If interested pm me asap.. Scammer stay off even if my id is newbie.. I have been follow this forum for long

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

So just to clear somethjng up. Are you selling btc at 25% of its value or asking for 125% of the btc value (e.g. an additional 25%)?

no just 25% of the dollar value ie 125$ for 100$ worth of BTC.

Tip: if you wanna trade, don't ask for 25%, no one will take that. It is simply way too high for no reason at all. You are not even trusted and don't have any references from past trades
Not even scammers would request at a 125% rate, unless you are one which would make way more sense.
