Till today 2 weeks have gone, but status and stakes were not added in spreadsheet. When can i expect that or it will be added at the end of campaign?
Except for signature campaign, other campaigns stakes will be distributed at the end of the whole bounty campaign.

I'm a little bit confused about the signature bounty schedule. When did week one end(it was suppose to be on 12th) and when did week 2 start?
First week was 5th March - 11th March.
Second week was 12th March - 18th March.
Third week 19th March - 25th March.
