It is up to Bitcoin's price. If it becomes like 2014, ETH can see even lower price. If BTC bounce from 7k and start a bull trend, ETH will follow BTC. ETH is an altcoin and all the altcoins are strictly tied to Bitcoin.

Thats crypto, everything may happen event with the such strong coin like ETH... Even Of it will come to 400$ again I don't think that for such a coin its a problem to get back to 1100$ in few months
