If ethereum goes back  to 400$ price  i will definitely  buy lots of eth  if it needs to sell some of my property  just to get plenty of eth i will do it,  ethereum is my retirement coin , and soon the price will reach bitcoins price as of today,  i have read that ethereum will be use in some banks in the philippines and  its a way to expose ethereum that would make a hype.

Man, do not ever sell your private property or some other big things you own only to invest the money in the cryptocurrency. Just earn and buy more ETH. I am sure that Ethereum will go to the Moon.

I don't think so. $200 is too low for Ethereum. It already went as low as $300 plus. And considering that it came from a very high point at $1,300 plus, I cannot see the probability that it will go back to as low as $300 soon. That is a bit exaggerated. Bearish period everyone! I think Ethereum will fall down to $400 anytime soon, it's price now is $524.50. Even Ethereum is dependent with the price of Bitcoin that it synchronize and other altcoins prices. Its not a good time for me to sell my Ethereum because its for my long term investment.
