Thank you for your opinion, but the idea of our wallet is mobile secure payments available everywhere. HODLER Wallet is 99.99% time in offline mode, connecting to network ONLY when user sends payment (1-3 sec only). Downloading and installing third-party software will be blocked so even though HODLER software will be installed on dedicated handset, you won't be able to change/add to its functionality or install new apps  etc.

HODLER Wallet is always offline by default but in case of broadcasting transaction where being online is a must, you can quickly disconnect connection by using button on the right side of device (This bottom will shutdown screen, and take device in something like "Airplane" mode). USB Connection is fully controlled by wallet and the port will remain only for charging batteries. Masterseed is stored in encrypted partition but at this moment using SD Card to make seed backup is not excluded in our dev's roadmap.

I have two questions:
1. Why would you ever want email, SIM cards and Wifi on a hardware wallet? You claim a high security level, this sounds like a cell phone.
2. Private key cloud storage? Seriously?

From the whitepaper, it seems your whole security model is based on it being "unrealistic" to hack the device. That's not a security model, that's a failure waiting to happen.

How would you send coins being offline? HODLER.TECH will sign transaction in sterill offline environment,where seed remains in memory only for signing time (few ms), only transaction will be broadcasted in online mode. About the malware - we can prevent against dedicated malware, by hiring specialist, making own firmware etc.

HODLER wallet will only use email (ascii 7bit plaintext supported) for sending and receiving payment addresses via encrypted connection. Wallet is 99.99% time in offline mode, connecting to network ONLY when user sends payment (5 sec only). HODLER's operating system will be available for other smartphone devices. We will create an app, that will install firmware on chosen handsets, and distribute it via our website. Thanks to this solution, HODLER can be sold in distant parts of the world, as it will be enough if the mobile phone we support, can be purchased in the given location. Online access to the software and remote help available throughout the world should prevent delays in logistics, issue which current hardware wallet supplier are struggling with.

We are preparing (soon to be published) a document with explanation of all the security features, answering questions raised by investors and interested parties. Some information, mentioned only briefly earlier, are being explained in details.

I hope that it will dispel doubts of some participants of this discussion regarding the security of the HODLER wallet.

If this was Bittrex representative doing a research regarding our application then great news, especially because he summarised our project as 'a good one'. When we can confirm that this was legitimate Bittrex visit we will talk about it publicly. Think how beneficial it could be for a token with market cap of 3 mln USD at the ICO stage, if it was introduced on the exchange of this size in such early days of the project. HDL tokens will not only be a tradable asset but will entitle theirs owners to a portion of the company profit, meaning "free" coins each year.

I hope you, and anyone else reading this knows, that..

a) by you posting this conversation, if its even real, basically disqualifies you from ever being listed on that exchange. its a 'no-no'
b) you are a bonafide security. the token has no utility whatsoever, and because you will be receiving dividends on your platform, it basically seals the deal. you won't be listed on any major exchanges. that's a fact.

You are right, these entries have been included in the regulations on the American stock exchanges last time. There are, however, many exchanges outside the US.

We do not care about pure speculation. Our token is good for long-term investment and investors have the opportunity to make large profits from the payment of dividends. There are a lot of speculative cryptocurrencies around. Most of them fall because they have no real coverage. Our token is different.

I had a meeting with an investor from Edinburgh today, he bought our shares for 55,000 USD and promised a lot more when the prototype of the device ready. We work all the time on its launch, we anticipate that it will be in April.

We believe in our project because it is simple to create and there is a great demand for it. There is no such thing on the market, there is no device that can securely send mobile payments, not also devices that can serve as a secure terminal for accepting payments. From a practical point of view, HODLER is not something abstract like most other projects. This is something that everyone who uses crypto currency needs. If the cryptocurrency market will grow, our wallet may become the basic means to store cryptocurrencies. This is a huge advantage over other products.

Each of our investors will receive reports on our expenses. When we prepare a prototype, we will receive a lot of support which will allow us to launch serial production. There are not many projects with such potential. An important issue is the dividend that our token holders will get. Quarterly reports from the sale of devices must cause a large increase in token prices.

We are empowering a video that will tell you about the advantages of our product compared to others, it will be ready in about 2-3 days.

After selling 300,000 devices a year, our company will achieve a profit of about 6 million dollars that will be shared between us and investors. That's about 100% ROI without any speculation. Is there any other project that offers it?
