Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

I would have better invested in ICO, because the price of coins is lower than in the market.  But now there are very few successful ICOs and therefore it is better to buy coins on the market.

Ofcouse during ICO especially when you purchase on their phase 1 of their token sale you will get around 50% bonus of token you will get and then when the get it listed on the exchange sell it then buy on the dipped you really believe on that coin.

as i know so far, they did a distribution to all investors first before they did a distribution to bounty hunters. but it depends on the project itself. if they did it like that, the investors no need to afraid to buy during the ICO.

please sir bounty hunter only receive 1-2% of total amount of coins that funded. I believe you should blame those who got in on private sell or in pre sale cause they got nice bonus and when they sell it the value will be dumped really bad, some of bounty hunter also a hold the coins so doesnt mean all the dump is caused by bounty hunter.

It is better to grab the opportunity within the time when the ICO's start as we all should be attentive and smart at the time to know its potential whether the particular stock is going to build itself in the market. I think it is better to buy during Ico campaign because it gives us more bunoses and its on discounts prices. So better to buy more during this time.
