Main account is locked out. Help required with recovery

Hello,

My account: "caston" has been locked out as someone has successfully guessed the answer to my secret Q. I can change my password back but this does not help me get my account back as the account stays locked.
I cannot change my secret question and the attempts to reset through my e-mail do not work as apparently my email address was never confirmed. I do, however, get emailed each time the hacker gets on and changes my password.

I have e-mail Theymos several times but he has not got back to me.

Is here something else I can do to get my account back?

What did you send to him? If you didn't provide proof of owning it, then simply follow this sticky thread (Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords).
Take note: Account recoveries, takes a very long time (usually few months on average).
On a side note: Looks like the account was sold (based on its trust ratings).

Send one PM to Cyrus. If Cyrus doesn't respond after two weeks, you can try sending a PM to theymos instead. When sending a PM, use a template like this:

All required info must be in one PM.

Do not create your temporary account using the same email address you want for the hacked/lost account. No two accounts can have the same email address.

Global Moderator is able to deal with these kinds of problem and as the guy I referred is the most active guy on the forum chances are high that you are able to get the account back soon.

Yes, you need to sign an old bitcoin address(old enough) to claim your account back.

If I've understood his issue this will be an issue for the admins. I can unlock accounts with proof but I can't reset details or secret questions and if op can't change it then the hacker will just keep gaining access via that.
