Hi to all,

What I just witnessed couple of times on PrimeDice that they stealing.

And I can prove it to you because they wipe me off clean of the balance in no time.

Now lets look at a single bet you make and what expecting to happen with the bet placed ..  lose/win preety simple right ?

Ok look at this bet phenomena placed you lose more than you bet?
No gambling in the word will do that

Now see it again you bet 1 as a example and if lose they take like 6 from the balance.

My brain cannot understand this bet 1 and lose 6

My brain works this way : you lose what you bet only !!!

This is quite a big accusation to make without proof. I hope for your sake that you have actual proof and steps to reproduce it and that your proof is not just that you lost. Otherwise, you will only be known as another sore loser.

I have worked very closely with most of the sites in DiceBot and I have investigate scam accusations and tested the provably fairness of the sites. I've done this multiple times with primedice and have been vocal about things that alarmed me (like forcing seed changes without notification to players, not being able to see server seeds for old bets, etc) and they have always been quick to address issues that has been brought to their attention. But I've never found anything close to them actually cheating, just some things they could do better.

Thus, I am certain that primedice is not cheating and the issue you're experiencing is most likely a fallacy or a user error, as with 99% of these accusations for most casinos. So please do post your proof and I will take an objective look at it.

This is working normally for me. Please ensure you enter your email and password correctly. These might be case sensitive, so make sure they're Okay. If you logged in/tried to log in too many times in quick succession, the site might block you from logging in for a while. Wait an hour or 3 and try again, if it doesn't work, wait a while again. Usually, the more you try, the longer the site blocks access.

Well, you see... I don't really know graph-ql, so your guess as to what went wrong is as good as mine.

joking aside, this is probably due a rate throttling. Try setting your betting speed in the advanced bet settings screen (even if you're using the programmer mode) and see if it still happens. Trying to reset seed/withdrawing/tipping could also cause this error. If none of these work, please send me the dicebotlog.txt file to contact@seuntjie.com

2 night ago, i left my dicebot to autobet, on 1am, it changed by it self from 0.000002 DOGE to 0.048 and i lost all in 4-5 bets

my DOGE  is lost because of this Dicebot.

In same time, my friend who i introduced into dicebot and primedice, had same thing, 30min before me.

So what to do? Please advise!

On which site were you (and your friend) betting when this happened?

Did you or your friend by any chance take a screenshot of the bets/profit chart? Could you look up the bets in the bet history form and send a screenshot of the bet details?

But I do not think that any bot will give the same result though because it still depends on your luck whether you use such a good bot as seuntjie's bot or not. But if there is some bug on his bot when you are using it, I would like to know since they might be happens on other site as well. Just take some precaution before anything bad happens because I played a lot using his bot and never found anything bad until now. Hope that it will be fixed because auto change the base bet seems little bit risk

The issue with base bet is really alarming, as changing it without the players notice will lead them to lose everything, same thing with what happen
with poster above, and I'll be gladly to see what further investigations that seuntjies will do and lead finding where's the issue come from and how
bot users will avoid dealing with same issue.

Hi, I'm trying to run dicebot on windows server 2012 & 2016 VPS, but i keep encounter errors.
"Stop bets, Try again a few seconds later" & it just stop there, I tried to start bet again & it stops after 2 bets, tried a few times & same results.
"Last bet result not matched, stop for your safety" this is also one of the error.
.NET framework 3.5 & 4.6 already installed.
