What if people convince governments of their nations to make Bitcoin as a legal currency or what if we agree to give tax on our bitcoin income? Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.

Only greedy people here are afraid of paying taxes, but for me from the start im open of paying taxes because thats part of earning and every one of us obligation from the governments

I hope this will be possible as sooner so we wont experience this kind of burdens from the policy and the regulation countries putting towards our community

the government not only because they do not get taxes so it does not legalize bitcoin but because the government can not control the bitcoin then the anonymous bitcoin makes the government afraid
this tax problem becomes the root of the bitcoin free circulation. because the government can not control it, then the government can not yet legalize it. this will continue to be reviewed for future technological developments, and this is inevitable.

if indeed the government will provide policies to legalize bitcoin I think this is a pretty good thing and although there will be a system of taxation applied by the government I think it will increase the country's foreign exchange so as to increase economic growth of a country. but to realize this I think it will not be easy because not all walks of life can directly accept the existence of Bitcoin.

Yeah, tax is really a problem because that will decide the income of a goverment and Bitcoin definitely doesn't support it, so that's why goverment never likes Bitcoin in anyway not like gambling.

for now there is no clear rules to regulate taxes from bitcoin. the issue that continues to be studied by the state that legalizes bitcoin, if all countries legalize bitcoin I think its consideration not only taxes, including money laundering is a crime that is very likely to happen if this technology is legislated in other countries.

Very well said. It's indeed a good idea but its not that easy to solve that problem. There's always a hole in that part. I think its much better not to negotiate with government and just use bitcoin. Let's just wait until the government will do their part to negotiate us because they admit that they've lost.

Well, in my opinion maybe its a long way to go. But if it will happen, the tax that come from bitcoin would be for the benefits of our countrymen then its a good idea.

One major problem is skepticism and lack of clarity even within the financial bodies of some countries with regard to cryptocurrency. It is quite normal that the government thinks of running the country from a system that it establishes. Hence, most countries will have a favorable view of a centralized system.

Cryptocurrency being part of a decentralized system ensures that nobody has a say or control on its function. It is simply the people, community and the market. With people moving more and more into the crypto fold many countries do feel that this may weaken their economy or much worse destabilize it. Further, crypto needs to be continuously studied and it is very new relative to the fiat currencies. Adopting this new thought is not easy especially as part of the massive exercise of running a country economically.

There is no need for any negotiations. We as a community should simply promote the positive aspects of crypto. When we take our own position, we are far better off compared to what we were some three or four years ago. We are concerned with security, transaction fees, transaction time etc., and have continually come up with solutions for the concerns in these aspects.

However, with constant effort I am sure we will be up with a system that will not allow the misuse of cryptocurrencies for illegal activities. A proper regularization of the cryptocurrencies in the respective countries based on the needs and situation in that country will improve the scenario for cryptocurrency soon.

Taxation is a problem. The income you earn with cryptocurrency many times cannot be estimated to a correct value since the market is highly volatile. But what can be tried is that your income through crypto on a particular day be calculated depending on the value of the crypto on that particular day.

Based on this your net income in one year can be assessed and you could be placed into one of the tax brackets that the state pre-decides. This will surely be beneficial for the state and will also help people make a free use of cryptocurrencies.

By negotiating, there will be some alternative ways to solve a common interest problem. Different opinions from others (government) may be better than our own opinion. Therefore it's very important that we hold discussions with the government. I personally strongly agree if the government put on taxes because it is indeed a necessity for individuals as good citizens.

Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.

I think not necessarily the government will legalize so alone because everything must pass through several stages of the study so that the decision taken can benefit all parties.

A colossal piece of individuals don't comprehend the reason and how the digital currency functions. It requires a long investment for individuals to acknowledge the digital currency, and if this happens, at that point it won't be important to convince the administration!

If people started doing petition and gathering signatures for everyone, create a proposal and submit it to official concerns, and do follow up, then I thinks some changes and suggestion front he government might come!

Cryptocurrencies and other presented alt coins (such as but not limited to bitcoin – ethereum, litecoin etc) are built to provide transactions with no third party – as an obligation. Third party transaction sometimes asked large amount of commission   `s scheme which if used in other matters would give material sum. Recently, governments and other centralized organizations – hackers, programmers and other experts of these institutions, are trying to devour cryptocurrencies by launching different attacks (discouragement to investors, panic to traders, hacking and etc). They also ban and block ads about bitcoin too. So, if the negotiations among these parties exist, it would be a disadvantage to the government. Thus, government wants the control; however, crytos are built to support decentralization which would be difficult to maneuver.

A wide range of people does not immediately misinterpret a goal and how a crypto currency can live. In high time people will accept a crypto currency in the country, and whether this happens, it is not necessary to encourage and explain the government!

We don't need to "convince" governments to accept bitcoin, bitcoin is truly irremovable, they'll be forced by themselves to accept it everywhere.

It's a smart thought, yet I believe it is anything but a simple issue that must be done effectively, a great many people in a nation would not concur if bitcoin is utilized as a honest to goodness cash, certain individuals who partake in the transactions must be 89% of it won't.

It is sure that the administration of the arranging nation won't do it.

It's a good idea, but I think it's not an easy problem that can only be done easily, most people in a country would not agree if bitcoin is used as a legitimate currency, certain people who participate in the negotiations must be 89% of it will not.
It is certain that the government of the negotiating country will not do it.

That's a good idea to have negotiation in government but I think it's not easy to be done effectively. In this step we are opening a new door of bitcoin to be accepted  and being legalized in our respective country.

I thinks at first government and the cryptocurrency adjust the situation, when the bitcoin become a legallize to operate and then, cryptocurrency will comply to pay with a tax and after this maybe in the future if the bitcoin in the future would maintain all there factors and stability maybe theres a law would created to become a legal currency just like a fiat money.

In the event that a gathering of individuals who are included with the crypto area are not kidding about legitimizing crypto in their Country, numerous ways exist. One would pass an appeal to the Courts, which is routed to the Law producers, similar to Congress and the Senate. This request of would show a few reasons that find out the advantages that not just a solitary individual could pick up from it yet in addition the Government and the country all in all, and one of which is impose. It could contain the profundity clarification of how it could impact a portion of the red insights in a specific nation, taking and carrying this numbers into the green zone of measurements, for instance business rates, neediness, innovative proficiency and some more. On the off chance that the Governments and units required with the legitimization neglect to see the reasons, and advantages, at that point maybe the greater part of the posts for this subject are valid, about legislators and governments.

We can't quite to predict it's all on the government's side. However, we can know for sure governments will heavily tax it. Bitcoin is beyond governments control because of that I'm pretty sure it's against any governments since they don't like anything beyond their 'control'.
