Negotiate with governmen?? What for?? No technology/invention has ever negotiated with government to have it work! If there is please someone reply me!! Government would only be shocked when the wave gets uncontrollable! Truth is; regardless of how governments around the world try; innovators will always find new ways to beat government! When people started preaching blockchain; the message they put first was "disrupt" and when you go chanting war songs in a terrain overseen by a much larger force, you are inviting death! The shouts of regulations are necessary to stamp out scams, not because government wants to kill crypto, besides peer-to-peer systems are not easy to shutdown! As the indians how they beat RBI ban and are still carrying out peer to peer transactions without fear! Blockchain regardless of the age of bitcoin, is at infancy! COntrol will surely leave government hands! the boundary  between is time.

There is no negotiation with the government that does not make sense. It is unlikely that the government will agree to speak only with citizens. Recognition of crypto currencies as payment instruments is still due. Those first steps for adoption and regulation will start with them. They may be the first people to negotiate with the government. Then, after bitcoin is getting more popular, other companies will want a portion of it. Then they want to be able to accept it as a form of payment. That's when regulations will become necessary, because they negotiate how transactions will be carried out. If a large company encourages him to become a currency, that will happen.

What if people convince governments of their nations to make Bitcoin as a legal currency or what if we agree to give tax on our bitcoin income? Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.

Making legal is not a big thing but what government wanted is to control bitcoin and its transaction which is impossible. But if they consider bitcoin like other equity market and impose tax according to it then they can earn huge tax which will be benefited by the government in the development of the country.
If we offer tax payments, of course the government wants to legalize it, of I'm sure that. because when someone wants to pay
taxes, they want their data to be exposed by the government and that's what the government really wants?

i think its okay if the government give the tax to the bitcoin holder and the investor, with one condition, bitcoin can be used freedom in that country and 100% legal, so we can use the bitcoin as the payment system in that coountry
the government is interested in accounting transactions made by a citizen, and then on their basis the calculation of taxes and other fees. with bitcoin, they lose such accounting and it is not profitable for the government and Central banks of countries.

That opinion is the reality. We can permanently legalized bitcoin when our government request to get a tax for it.
If bitcoin wants to be made into global money, it is inevitable to make agreements with the governments of countries that refuse. That is, bitcoin must be integrated with government policies, namely the owner of bitcoin must be identified and bitcoin must be taxed. Without these two agreements, it seems impossible that bitcoin can become global money. Because the government is worried that bitcoin is used for criminal acts.

It is possible, but it will need to remove complete anonymity from the owners of bitcoin, and this is contrary to the structure of bitcoin. In order to pay taxes, you need to understand who pays them and to whom. At the moment, this is almost impossible, since bitcoin is actively used in the darknet and anonymity is the main factor why people are willing to tolerate crazy commissions and waiting time for transactions.

The only problem with bitcoin is that it is decentralised crypto currency and this is the reason because there is no such proper authentic regulating body over the bitcoin and thus leading to its illegal use and specifically in selling drugs, explosives, money laundering and most importantly the terrorism and this is the reason why governments of most of the nation are in against of bitcoin and the only thing to solve this problem is to legalise bitcoin and then governments will impose some taxes over transactions of bitcoin but the illegal use of bitcoin could be avoided then.

This could only be made possible if there is a person in the government who is also a crypto enthusiasts and will take initiative to sponsor bill and laws in support to the use of bitcoin and any form of cryptocurrency.  Another problem is that cryptocurrency users are distributed across the globe and has a small number in population. In order for that dream to come true bitcoin and cryptocurrency will need long years before it can be highly accepted by the government and the masses.

The government will definitely agree but I don't. If that happens, I will just switch back to fiat money and continue investing there. It just defeats the purpose of having bitcoins decentralized because we are circulating bitcoins back to the government and controlling it for them.

In my country there have been a group of people who are fighting for bitcoin to be an alternative to other currencies, but it seems that the government does not agree with the proposal. The government in my country only agrees if bitcoin is only a digital asset.

Governments do not need to introduce Bitcoin into the national appeal, otherwise officials will take bribes, because in the blockchain all transactions are transparent.

Bitcoin is decentralized and it is the reason why they said it is illegal in the fact that the government does not get any taxes out of every transactions but for me if government will have the right actions dealing with bitcoin then it is great, nothing to worry about because they will surely give protection and bitcoin will be legalize.
negotiation with the government is a very big problem because our rights and authority are only in the government and ordinary people, but at least we are using good methods to advance technology now using bitcoin right

Definitely very true. Governments think that if they accept this, control will go out of their own hands. There is also a danger of extinction in the money they now control. So they won't accept it yet, but they will.

There are million ways governments of countries can allocate tax on the use of bitcoin. All they just need is to make bitcoin a legal digital currency.  Once it becomes legal, the government can charge mining pools some fees with regard to the amount of bitcoin they mining within a month or weeks. They can also allocate some amount of fees to crypto exchange platforms.

It's a good idea because government think bitcoin is not good to their country they expect bitcoin is a cause of losses of their country but they wrong because bitcoin is a source of money and many people are use bitcoin because it's helps us a lot to our financial. Government are banned bitcoin to selected country.

Governments do not know how to deal with bitcoin and cryptos, but surely some kind of regulation will come and it will be welcome. Taxes will be charged as compensation investors will be more protected with the rules to be created.

I agree with this, the government may issue tax regulations to recognize the bitcoin legally. But I think investors will be selfish and they will not agree on tax regulations from the government. as it may affect their profitability.
