Wasn't it listed at like 5599 a day or two ago? They doubled in price that quickly? Think i'd rather buy 10 A3's at that point (yes sucky power usage but ...damn) So I just got an email from Halong Mining and for some reason I do not feel good about it its going for USD 10,499 What do you think? ----------------------------- The email: DragonMint B29 Blake256 Miner (March) is now back in stock at Halong Mining Hi There, DragonMint B29 Blake256 Miner (March) is now back in stock at Halong Mining. You have been sent this email because your email address was registered on a waitlist for this product. If you would like to purchase DragonMint B29 Blake256 Miner (March) please visit the following link: https://halongmining.com/shop/dragonmint-b29-blake256-miner/You have now been removed from the waitlist for this product. There's two different Blake256 miners they offer, the cheaper $5000 one is faster in terms of hashrate but uses more power and is less efficient, whilst the more expensive model at $10K hashes at just 2THs but is more efficient. At current rates the cheaper one makes more, but don't count on anything. This is a D3/A3 situation ready to happen. What? B29 and B52 are different algorithms, Blake256 and Blake2b, for different coins, Decred and Sia I bought 4 of the b29s 😁 42k! now lets see how Decred diff will rise...

This could be a good miner the company could end up being a good company.
The coin is too small the total hash rate is too low.
a 2.1th miner using 1300or 1400 watts for a 1420 th network = disaster.
to give a proper scale
the hash for btc is
26,070,479,913 gh so if someone sold a btc miner using 1300 watts it would mine at 37,243,542gh
or 0.0000349 watts a gh
so this miner will kill the network.
The only robust network besides btc/sha 256 is ltc/scyprt
I was just checking the Top miners on Siamining.com and guess what Have a look at this https://siamining.com/addresses/25865daf640696361b432bd517b812270d8459af48f13876108354ee7e028e0e15c13ab5030cThis dude is mining at 1,941 TH/s and his single worker hashrate is (Average) 4000GH/s and I just rechecked Halong website and the Black 2B hashrate is 3.83TH/s and according to his payouts he started mining on 15th Feb 2018 I dont know what to think now

Either that or they are trying to make more profits since they obviously have the miners ready to ship so people will be getting used miners...

Still must be a kamikaze to purchase and hope for ROI with so much hardware hitting the network and SiaCoin price around $0.014.

The decred miner would make $300 a day. The Sia miner makes about $100/day but I feel like that will go down real fast. Decred miner has best potential for ROI

Its all speculation until it happens.

Its all speculation until it happens. I agree but all the inline calculators are pretty accurate for my bitcoin, Litecoin, and Sia miners. I know it won’t be that way for long after released but it will be close for a little while. My decred miner should be coming by the end of the month / first week of April. Not sure why everyone is so negative about these things. I make a lot of money on my ASICs...Much more than I did with GPUs.

We will find out for sure this week. The miners do exist because you can see them mining on the pools but the real question is when or if they will actually ship to customers. They were suppose to start shipping this week has anyone gotten shipping confirmation or tracking?

Not until we see a good video review Hi, we've received many at our Colo (minery.tech) and at Luxor (mining.luxor.tech) we have plenty of hashrate from B29s. Can confirm they are not a scam!

Did they send you tracking for your miners? I still haven't received any tracking but their support said all the miners have been shipped and they are waiting to get the shipment manifest before they can update order status on their website.

DHL sent me a preship advisory right under 24 hours before Halong's email. I ordered within minutes of these going active too, order #552x. So if they all shipped today, I'd expect a tracking as soon Halong updates the orders.

21.5 amp pull on all 6 @ 240v is about 860 watts each GUI shows between 2.31-2.36T, will report on pool average hashrate after a few days, seems to be a bit lower at the pool

I got am email from DHL that my b29 has been shipped. My issue is where do I find a pool to mine decred? More specifically I have setup D3s, and S9s but that was following specific directions for asics to mine on asic pools. Is there am asic pool out there for decred?
