Our aim is to the create the Network Support Fund(NSF), a new kind of investment that actively works to ensure its own success. Capital is crowdfunded through an ICO for the NSF token. That capital is then used to build masternodes for the fund. Rewards from these nodes are used to deflate the NSF token as well as to pay dividends to the holders of the NSF token. No fancy 4D blockchains, no AI, no groundbreaking tech at all really, just a steady deflationary investment offering tied to masternode holdings and income. An NSF can operate with hardly any overhead cost and is available to anyone, regardless of geography, income, or accreditation. Eventually these funds will be offered in terms of one through five years where at the end of the term, the fund is liquidated and its value is distributed to NSF token holders proportionate to their holdings.


Our first offering does not have a term limit, but is rather a community driven proof of concept for the Network Support Fund model. Holders of the initial NODEX Token will be entitled to an airdrop from all future public offerings of NSFs made by Nodex. The NODEX Token will deflate and pay out a divided tied to rewards just like any NSF, but will not have an expiration date unless Nodex has to cease operations. In this event the fund will be dissolved and investors will be paid the full value of the fund proportionate to their holdings. Holders of the NODEX token will also be empowered to vote on how the fund allocates capital in the future as well as tuning the rewards structure of the fund itself. This initial offering is a community driven experimental proof of concept, and we cannot guarantee any return on investment.





Having said that, we really dig this idea, and we are confident that this model can work at any size regardless of scale. This is why we will not be hyping this ICO, but rather we will make ourselves available constantly for questions, comments, and concerns regarding this project. We do not want to see this project hyped. We are happy to start small and grow organically. You are correct that we do not have any airdrops planned at this time, but we currently have several bounties available for translations, and will be announcing more bounty initiatives as we get closer to the ICO date. I would recommend joining either our telegram or discord communities as updates are posted there first.

The point of the project is to create a new type of investment that A) supports networks, and B) provides investors with regular passive income for holding. Investors should buy the tokens because they are interested in the project and want to participate.
