of course, only projects with good or working product will be in TOP, thats my criterion how I choose projects to invest or to hold

In my own understanding, this is in fact the most important in any project. The reason is, this will give the general public the idea that the team really meant well thus won't have an issue investing because they will know they are investing in already developed product. I have come across different projects with MVP (minimum viable product) before going for public offering and it was a success, thus giving the team the needed funds to continue with the development.
I have also seen project with no ICO or IEO, which was self-funded, have a product, got listed and grew.
So product really matters nowadays.

many projects only have fictitious products and therefore a real product is needed for each project to have the power to continue to grow and increase well every year, so it is very likely that investors will continue to arrive because their products continue to experience growth significant

That is a big YES. Product gives the team something to focus and concentrate on thereby attracting more investors while making the platform more valuable. When the team already have something they are working on (that is product) they will work more hard as they won't be happy to see their hard work be in vain at the long run.
And to confirm this, if you study most platforms which started with an already developed product before seeking for funds they are always performing well. So yes I product matters.

Projects that have good products are really in the top but you should observe all these projects again, when comparing between past and present, the value of these projects is no longer too high, even if the product is still working very well, it still doesn't bring any changes. If you are an investor and participate in these projects, you will definitely lose, therefore, the product is no longer an important thing in this moment, the most important is still the marketing method, creating an atmosphere for the project to become more prominent, the value of the project will be higher, caring about the product is just a subjective look, wise investors should have more insight |

Of course, product is the goal of every project and the product is one of very reason why people invest in the project. Without a good product or goal it will be hard to have investors and the project will most likely fail.

Hi, I have previously purchased an S9i model, but sold it on Ebay to buy newer S17. I can submit that this antiminer is more powerful and has a higher workrate. Where have you bought it? |

PRODUCT is a important aspect on any project.
though i believe that not ever project need a product sometimes they are just having a system.
thougha product would be nice as long as it is being develop.

if no product it will be impossible for people to buy the token they need a product to produce demand for the token or coins.
every coin need product or uses to get a buy support for the price not to crash.

Product is an important factor for the success of any blockchain startup because the product makes it relevant in the real world. If a project doesn't have real world usage then I actually don't see its importance in the crypto world. There are lot of projects that doesn't have real world usage and these category of project wither away in no time.

Investors look more into this when trying to invest in ICOs and finding ICO projects with all ready-made product is a plus in disguise to them.
