BAN FOR WHAT

My second user Marco0070 was banned.
First of all when you are pointing a mail for appeal you should at least write it and answer. As I understand nobody cares about that mail.

I was banned for several same post,  ok,  half of forum is doing the same, but with different ways

"Marinecoin is there"
"Marinecoin is back"
Nobody is banning them,  because the last words "here" "there" and "back" are different and it is not spam.
Is it fair?     lets say my ban was fair but permanent?

"Other people are spamming" has never been a particularly successful defense for spamming.

Pointing fingers will not resolve your case. Rules are rules. You can't change it.

If other people are spamming, does that make you any less of a spammer yourself?
The only difference is they have not been penalised, yet.

This is a proactive forum for helping one another and not an advertisement forum. Be able to differentiate between the two.

It's fair. You deserved to get ban. And no worry, all other Marinecoin spammers will be banned sooner or later, it's only matter of time.
And your ban is permanent, it means that you are banned from forum as a person - you aren't lowed to create new account and continue posting. You can make only 1 thread in Meta to discuss about your ban.

Dude, I checked your previous posts on that account, and to be honest they are quite dreadful.

From my standpoint you are guilty. And punishment is always feeling bad.

I do think a perm ban is too harsh for a first time offender. Perhaps we can first do a one week ban and than longer bans for the next ban.
