Not every hashrate has to be provided by ASIC - you can use Nicehash as well.
And we are aware of this situation. Somebody is messing with the network by peaking it with high hashrate and then leaving the network with super high diff. The fork to prevent this is on the way.

Awesome!!!! What algo you plan to fork to? Heavy, 7 or Lite?

I have mined both but I obviously find Cryptonight Lite to be rewarding with 1600hs per rx 580...

Going Lite may help keep the difficulty high, allowing the coin to gain more momentum.
