I think meditation is needed because it is very useful for natural healing process is good for mental health and peace of mind. With meditation then our body becomes relaxed and can relieve stress.Di sidelines busy we can take a moment to just sit still and inhale deep breath as much as possible.

concentration is needed to find the way of thinking and solutions to solve the problems you think, if the heart is calm then you will find the thought or the way to find a solution, but if you are not calm or restless then you will be very difficult to find a way. Yeah, I'm more in this line of thought. I don't really think (most) people should be searching for enlightenment when they are meditating. Meditation is trying to calm the chaos of your thoughts. Mindfulness has a lot of benefits to your overall wellbeing - your can reduce the cortisol in your system, reducing stress and making you feel better - mentally and physically.

I think there are also good alternatives to meditation if that's not your thing. Some people enjoy running or cycling to clear their thoughts. It's all a matter of what gets you centered and helps you decompress.

This is the feeling that often comes to me when I am as relaxed as possible. It happens if autofocus did not seem to thoughts and the emptiness. And the moment things get quieter, there's real motivation for me. I try not to resort to this often, but for now, only watch how it works.

ya , i've do it , i felt great after meditation ,my experience my body felt more fit , relaxed mind ,and will be positive thinking, One day I have made the motivation to quit smoking and I do meditation about it, really good, I quit for 1 week. because I do it only briefly, I mean irregular, the effect is only 1 week felt. meditation is good if you have a strong desire. try to do

the meditation I experienced when I was upset and needed solitude for the meditation, I let go of the tiredness in my mind, when my mind meditation became calm and relaxed without any problems in mind, the key to successful meditation is the focus of nature, the feeling of natural energy and must really focus and practice patience, it is very difficult to train kefokusan but it will be achieved when you mean it

There are lot more ideas about meditation. There are unique meditation methods associated with different religions,matial arts, culture etc. Main intention of the meditation is developing our own mind. There are so many steps which englight our sous. It says that we can gain several majical powers after we develop our own mind through meditation. In buddhism there are two types of meditation. They are “samatha bawana” and “vidarshana bawana”. They have two main paths.
Anyway I personally could achieve the calm character of my mind. So as soon as I loss my concentration i started meditatie. It helps me a lot to avoid from this stressfull life

Theres a lot of medidation that can lessen when your stress, this activity always reveal that this act is very useful just breath and feel the surroundings above you, And you will feel the relaxness of your body.

One thing it does is calm my mind. I always try to meditate (not on a meditation pose) whenever I am stuck or out of ideas. Closing my eyes and concentrating to think about empty thoughts really helped me relieved stress. Our mind is so active that it can only go blank for a few minutes. Once the mind comes back from meditation, your mind will be full of ideas and clarity. Try it guys. It really works. Read meditation tutorials online/

Meditation silences all the noise---outer and inner. It isn't easy to do but if you are able to do it the right way, you'll surely benefit from it.

I Meditate as form of relaxation. i personally recommend  Meditation as a healthy way to manage stress for good reasons.
I live in the now rather than focusing on the past or the future, so virtually all Meditative practices involve focusing on right now.

I have found that constant practice of  Meditation increases brain activity in an area of the brain associated with happiness and positive thoughts and emotions.

Actually ill did not experience how to meditate but some people experience in meditation they all said was you body can be calm and your spirit will be going anywhere and can be relax also. I would try that but i'm too busy doing on crypto.

If i feel stress or anxiety I give time to myself to meditate in one day i call it "safe-tic tank" i just want to seat 1 day in my room and playing beat music. This is the time I want to recall when or what i did wrong and how can i fix it. Meditation for me is like healing my soul and mind sometimes it also give to me a waken call or task to handle the situation. After i meditate i make a plan step by step to fix all what my mistake.

I think meditation is essential to our over all health. It calms me and helps me take things slowly in this fast-paced life, just a simple deep breathing and stretching is all I need sometimes.

I did try to meditate one time and that did not end well. I am the type of person who can't focus on one thing, whenever I clear my mind another thing pops up and it will be a domino effect in the end , I am facing the same problem. These mediation sessions usually last for 1-2 hours and I have found it extremely difficult to concentrate on it for so long. That is one of the reasons why I gave up meditation and yoga. There is no doubt that it is good for the mind and body. But meditation is not meant for people like me.

I always fell asleep when trying to meditate.
I tried to meditate for 30 days in a row and gave up on 19th day and no it didn't help me.
I couldn't feel the change.

What helped me more was focusing on learning guitar.

Passionate hobbies do better job than meditation if you ask me.

I do not meditate, because I am a Muslim.
Muslims do not meditate because in Islam is forbidden.

That is bullshit!
Meditation got nothing to do with religion. I don't see how muslims aren't allowed to meditate.

getting yourself in a quiet and serene environment would definitely be a good place to have a great meditation whereby you end up channeling all your thoughts to one particular thing with all concentration without any form of distraction.
for me by experience, this has helped me a lot while i try to think deep about my life and what i want to do.

Meditation, is one way of finding your inner peace. It helps you to relax while unwinding the negative energy that surrounds you. It helps your heart and the circulation of your blood through the body while emptying your mind and and proper breathing. And also helps you to be calm in every situation you encounter .
