Am not against or going against the belief of other people  or die hard funs of meditation. But trust me i was scared of meditation and even now. Why ? becos all i heard was , it open the gates of your five senses so bad spirits can get access to you. Others believe its devilish.However after i got myself associated with some few friends , my thought about mediation has changed. It brings inner peace .

It's a great practice to think about 1 thing only and not getting distracted by anything around you.

It's really helping a person to refresh the mind from this world's toxic. Meditation allows the person to think without feeling any pressure in time, work or any disturbances in mind. In this way the are starting to feel relaxed and comfortable which makes us think better and productive with refreshed minds.

Meditation can be different. For example, a man who goes by subway with relax music and does not think about anything, does meditation, in some sense of the word. Or when a person draws (and it really inspires and relaxes him), he also meditates. This seems to be called zen-drawing. So there are a lot of meditations, not only classical meditation.
So when i draw and listen to relaxing music, i feel really relaxed. And it helps me to be on one's toes every day

I don't meditate but sometimes when I am alone I do talk to myself, not literally but asking myself what am I doing my whole life, what is my goal in life.

Meditation is a great practice for the mind, body and soul. There is a lot of activity going on around us today. And most time, the speed and lack of direction that characterizes the society today unsettles our minds. In that state, we can't really be optimally productive. Of a truth, we actually can't avoid this chaos. But we must create some time to focus and this is where meditation comes in. We set everything else aside, clear our minds and focus on just one thought. Some even advise that we focus on nothing and let our minds decide for themselves what to be occupied with. The practice comes with a great reward. I speak from experience.

Have you ever had an enlightenment? This is a very strong sense of motivation, which has long been gone. I will be glad to listen to your experience of concentration on one thought. Tell us the process of concentration. Does it help you in life?
Meditation helps me but not that can see in movies.

I like riding alone, or running alone. I think this is my kind of meditation. I am starting to think very deep at these moments.

This is a really good thing! Such a mixture of sport and psychology. You relax not only your body, but also minds. It would be cool if I could do meditation.

It's the perfect de-stressor! I've tried the meditation app in VR too. Very relaxing as you get transported to different scenes like beach, lake, mountains etc. I highly recommend it!

meditation helps you to concentrate for sure meditation as many advantages although doing meditation is not easy also

I think it is one of the best ways to make yourself feel better when you're in stress. Although it probably takes some time to get used to the habit of taking that time and really get yourself free of your thoughts and everyday worries.

Meditation is not about floating on a coud. It is called a practice for a reason. It is a practice in which you learn to manage your brain and mind to minimize the delusions and distractions that prevent you from living your life in your way.

If you practice meditation on a daily basis just for 15 minutes it can offer a great impact on your whole body. You will feel relaxed in your busy schedule, you will take important decisions more sincerely, and your brain will get enhanced too.
