So what was the purpose of the new [ANN] thread? It does not help our progress when changes like this happen.

I would start from Binance or Bittrex.

I continue to be impressed with the community here.  Watched a little of the meetup and was edified.  It's refreshing especially compared to the relatively new MN coins and respective communities if they could call that.

I know what you mean and have to be impressed by what has been done in 6 short months.  Once you watch the latest community meeting, you walk away thinking we finally have a fair coin for the future and not the scam MN or ICO coins.

BitcoinZ is community coin, privacy through zk-snarks, no premine, no development fund, no ICO, no treasury, and no founders rewards.   You get what you GPU mine, no asic, fair for all, and based on decentralization.   This is the true spirit of the original bitcoin.  People just need to start realizing this and accumulate while the difficulty is still low.

Who is working on being listed on other exchanges? As example, binance main claim is that only CEO or founder can send a request for being listed.

There are two people so far that are taking care of reaching out to exchanges.  When it comes to any specific criteria like CEO or founder, we'll find the right person.  It seems like they want someone that is just directly involved in the everyday operations.

To be honest, we are a large community and there is no one person with those titles. Then again, what about Bitcoin?  I guess BTC is fine because they 'need' them....what if they end up 'needing us' too ? Wink

0,00000047 BTC..LOL..Something has begun...

Stocks.Exchange dumped it to 41 SAT.

Well if that happened in most of the BTCZ exchanges that would really be a good sign!!!!

I guess I missed the opportunity to load up more BTCZ. Its back up to 60 SAT right now.

I think the new ANN hurt this coin so with community activating it should start going back up.

BTCZ still commands one of the highest hashrates in Equihash and one of the cheapest reputable coins by far with a low marketcap of a mere $10M.

By the way, I used stocks.exchange once and I will never use it again. It took me about 10 days to get my BTCZ withdrawn, I had to contact Ryan on Linkedin, I never heard back but my withdrawal funds were finally released.

The move to the new ANN should be embraced by people since its a move to further decentralize the communication channels of BitcoinZ.  Smiley

Thanks.

By the way, for anyone with any concerns or questions about the new ANN -the video from the recent community meeting covers this topic. The reasons for the new ANN are talked about from 13:59: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ap-wo3C7_j8

In fact, that whole video is worth watching for anyone new to BTCZ. Lots of questions answered in it, and gives you a good feel for the strength and momentum building around the BTCZ community.

What's wrong with aikapool? 3btcz in 10 hours with over 100h/s?? really?? the worst pool i've ever seen.

Yea they have 50% hidden fee. I had the same experience with mining VOT in two separate occasions. They pay out about 50% of what you mine.

I just use SuprNova their hidden fee seems to be around 10% or less. Most pool are running 30-35% hidden fee.

Hello all,

Anyone knows why our last 24h volume is so small? 24 k$ that's kind of ridiculous and our price in both btc and usd is dropping and dropping ... is demoralizing to see this coin like that...

It needs to be changed on CMC, yes.  We're not in much of a hurry because we need to hit Jr. Member on this account for the images to appear.
