Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Yes, to accomplish all the goals, we attract contractors and subcontractors as well what part of the total work do they do? Well, actually that's kind of private information  Even if in percentage of the total work? Well, everyone in our team does incredibly much work |

The reserve would be used in case of some emergencies, for instance, if there are same technical problems with the users' tokens |

Platforms are not yet available. Now it's hard to tell about the exact release date, because first you need to test it, it will take quite a bit of time |
