When you are only working smart, chances of success are high if you have enough luck to turn things under your favor and working hard may only make you stronger in that field and not rich. So, according to me both aspects of working hard and smart should be taken together. Success and fortune can't just ring you door bell, its like wining a lottery ticket where chances of wining are very low. So, for achieving success and fortune one should work hard with smart brains to stay ahead of everyone in their field.

Smartness is not a one face word, you can be smart on different issues and in different environment, you can be smart in you study, your work and even in you business e.t.c and at that it better to work smart and at the same time work hard. I call it smart and hard work the two combined together will shoot you the the highest level of success in your area of concerns.

Yes we know it's easy to work smarter, but do we have that kind of skill? For us to work smarter,we need a certain skill that can help us to do our job easier, thus make our live easier. But for some people who don't have that skill, their only option is just to work harder and harder to fulfill their needs.

Working Hard and Working smart are great Partner, that's proves many times.

Even someone are working very hard and NOT associates with smart ideas, she's/he's may gain what she/he wanted to earn but in very long period of time, on the other hand, either someone working very smart and Not adding effort, he'/her ideas will get wasted, for it will took long time before she/he hit the target.

I think, working smart is something, like work more productive by spending less time. As myself, I trying to do a lot of things and do different easy works, but in the end a lot of small jobs, what paying small amounts of money  in end of month, making way more, than an full time job and I'm spending less time, than on an full time job.

I have heard this dispute since childhood. all my relatives are sure that working hard is the only way for a decent person. It is noteworthy that none of them has earned enough money. For myself, I decided that I will always work with the mind to distinguish when it is necessary to exert maximum effort, and when it is not worth it.

I always relate this to studying in a smart way rather than a hard one. I always tend to study in a smart way because I believe in my potentials. Working hard will only bring you tiredness and stress, thus will make you workaholic. On the other hand, if you want to achieve relief, you should not tire yourself but work comfortably and of course that includes working smart. Believe, the outcome will be good and it always goes swimmingly with me.

Many people say that you should work hard if you want to succeed in life and rise to riches. I'd rather say that working hard will only make your boss richer, not yourself. On the other hand, there is an age-old adage which says that you should be working smarter, not harder. But working smarter is a vague idea, and I'm interested to hear what people have to say on this topic. As far as I'm concerned, I think that working smart comes down to creating environment where you will have more chances to meet Lady Luck smiling at you, where you will be able to hit a lucky strike because luck plays an ever-important role in our lives. For example, if you want to find a date to have a romantic relationship with or you are looking for a one-night stand only, you will go to a beach or a bar since your chances are higher there, right? The same approach seems to be applicable to work as well. In other words, stick around the places where your chances of success are the highest.

So share your opinions here, guys. What is your practical take on working smart?

Indeed, working hard makes you tired at the end of the day. Where as when you work smart, you will have a relax time and would definitely make the work easier. Same as the way earnings should be done, you have to do a smary way of earning instead of doing it the hard way. Another thing is when you do a smart way of your job you will have a bigger chance of earning bigger income.

I've heard in crypto specifically this statement is even more relevant. Working hard will not make you as many profits as working smart will. In Crypto I would say educating yourself on the fundamentals of long/short-term investing/trading, macro/micro influences, news, staying connecting through networking to hear about the latest from other informed people insider type of information, and doing your fundamental due diligence on investments is what it means to work smart in Crypto.

I chose to combine both, smart and hard work for my own business, currently I'm starting a small business, because I've tired of working hard in other people's business.

I always have strategies and second thoughts before I make a move here in cryptocurrency world and I think I'm only doing it in a smart way. Working hard is also needed too if you're in the beginning and you know only some about bitcoin, and eventually when days are past you gradually learn more advance knowledge and this is the time you need to work smart in order to succeed in the later part of your career here. So no matter what happens you will experience both along the way.

For a success, we need to think smart, work smart and work hard. However at this time many who choose to work hard rather than work smart.

Work hard and smart are good traits to have. You have to work hard for the new ideas to develop. Working smart make it possible that your hardwork has to come up with a good result which can bring not only you but also the other people who will join you to make your ideas base on the smart strategy that you think is possible to do and work.

I believe in working smartly to be successful in life. You have never seen a rich donkey.
Buying BTC at initial stage is a example of smart work which made many smart people rich without doing hard work. In this era of digitalization, one become rich with ideas not with hard work.

Speaking of working hard and working smart, in my view, we should need working smart rather than working hard. Working hard is knowing how to schedule the time to do different tasks without being too focused on something, the way to be smart, that helps us to save time for ourselves to do many different things. But in some individual cases, we also have to work hard to be able to finish on time.

Why not do it both?when we can be smart upon hardworking, this may effect to a great promotion and a bigger compensations,or might be lead you to doublw job since management will see your potential being a smarter and hardworker employee, what you think?isnt it much better for both employer and employee?

Come to think of it, most successful people who are now rich magnates have first worked hard in order to be where they are. WE often hear the story of the poor boy who have risen from rags to riches. Successful business men who started out by being a small time vendor then owning their own businesses, buildings or malls in the future. But I guess they worked smart along with it in order to be where they are. They have outsmarted their past bosses and even became their CEOs because of their wits.

My personal goal is to work hard, smart, efficient, whatever you like to call it, to have enough money as investment capital at some point in the future. My goal in life is that I want to reach a level at which I don't need to work for money anymore, but have my money work for me. I am still quite far away from achieving this, but at least I have enough years ahead of me to work on that. If that means I have to continue with my regular job, then I will for many more years. I'm saving only, and don't spend anything on redundant goods I don't need. If you want to reach your goals, you have to 'sacrifice' some short term pleasure. Others might not look at things in the same fashion, but that's all fine -- we all have our own ways of getting to the level we want to be at. I feel that it is working for me, which is the most important thing.
