It's hard to tell. It ending to become mainstream could come as government regulations, but btc can very well exists underground. The beauty of decentralization is how robust it is. as long as we have miners it's not going to end. So really to take it completely down a coordinated attack with international cooperation is necessary.

I remember when one Bitcoin was worth $200. Others here remember when it was much lower than that. If you look at the historical prices of Bitcoin, you will see that it is doing very well.

No, it`s not. Bitcoin won`t last forever, of course, because there is no eternal things. But Bitcoin still has not realized its potential. Most people are only now learning about crypto-currencies, they are beginning to be interested in them. It`s difficult situation for Bitcoin in terms of the fact that there are a lot of altcoins on the market at the moment, but if Bitcoin will strive for development, correct it`s shortcomings and improveitself, it still has everything ahead of it.

For newbies, and also those who just went in later December 2017, they are seeing it in a different perspectives, bitcoin is not ending but yet it's just like an ordinary trading system where earners will start selling their holdings, while newbies will start buying to hold, like what you have said, better to look at the historical graph and see it by yourself and start analyzing if bitcoin is good or bad investment for you, it will never end as long as there's a lots of people who still believing and holding this coin.

This is the same as "How long bitcoin will survive" or the like and I will always say the same answer with it. Bitcoin will not end as long as there is a community behind it. As long as there are people using bitcoin, it will not come to an end. Community is a big factor in any digital currency. See the coins that are not popular, they are becoming a shitcoins unlike bitcoin.

No one can tell this with guarantee. But unless you are 15 years or less, this should not make any difference. If you are 25 or above and investing in bitcoins, you should not even think about its end. It is not gong anywhere for next 50 years or so. Leave that, if you are able to remain invested for even 10 years with an amount like $20000 or above, you will get enough to retire and live a lavish life. Then why to worry about something which we have no control on  and which will happen after we have left this earth.

There is a prediction that the amount of Bitcoin mined per 10 minutes will decline over time, until it runs out around 2140. With the number of bitcoins that can be mined as many as 21 million units.
Once Bitcoin is exhausted then the Bitcoin price will be higher and this indicates that Bitcoin can not die.
people have seen many of the death penalties have been given to Bitcoin. Quite unique, and maybe we only know about this. Fortunately some have noted this neatly. It is noted that Bitcoin has died 101 times in its history.

Maybe if bitcoin will all be wasted when all abandoned wallet contains 2 satoshies and if add up will result to 21 million coins, I guess bitcoin will end. Oh we are just started and a lot of opportunities awaits us. The popularity is still higher and it's getting more attention from social media sites. I think we should optimistic about the future of Bitcoin as this helps many people to realize their lost dreams.

     Umm,.. I really do not think that anyone here can give you an exact or an accurate answer to this type of question that you are asking. Because obviously, it is just impossible to predict. Anyone saying they can tell you what will exactly happen is either lying or is in a higher level state of stupidity. But still, we all can make speculations based on the things that we have witnessed in the past up to this day but it will only remain as speculations until it happens. So I think it is safe to say that we can trust the famous saying that states "nothing lasts forever." Something to think about.

I can't predict how long bitcoin will last. But bitcoin is still doing well, its prices are rising and I don't think it will end anytime soon, and there are a lot of countries that accept bitcoin.

At the SEC meeting in US at 6th February discussing the future of cryptocurrencies they said that while regulating the use of crypto in any country make sure that you do not harm bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as the future era is of digital field and bitcoin is going play a vital role in that era. So while keeping these statements in mind you can easily get that bitcoin has a bright future coming ahead. Do not fear about the end. Now it is only the start of bitcoin and we have to go to enjoy fully.

Everything comes to an end one day but this is something which will live in one form or another. You may see bitcoins being replaced by another coin as the most expensive and popular crypto in some years. In fact, we can even see a lot of other similar concepts being launched like crypto and if they have real life applications, they also may get popular. Based on current market situation, bitcoins are safe for next 20-30 years and thus you need not worry about this aspect.

When bitcoin is not people trend anymore and there will be something replace it.
It will be end, but i think cryptocurrency will last if internet still exist because the effeciency of transaction

Bitcoin can only end if Internet ends. I don't without internet we can access bitcoins. Since its a digital currency or i should say Internet currency so you have at least 1mb of net to access your wallets, send or receive bitcoins.

No one can predict the end of bitcoin. We know that bitcoin is now being accepted by more and more people. More countries choose to accept it, and its development is better. I don't think it will end in death.
