Some AV software pick up mining tools as possible viruses because of botnet owners using their bots to mine.
The exe is smaller than 20MB, I think. So you could upload it to
http://www.virustotal.com/ and check it against almost all AV software. If less than 7 pieces of AV software claim that it is bad I would assume that your AV software is misidentifying it.
EDIT: at a guess it is the CPU miner that it has an issue with (guiminer\miners\ufasoft\bitcoin-miner.exe):

If you installed it on your machine then it is meant to be there. If someone else installed the software on your machine then it should not be there so hence it is flagged as being possibly bad.
