Application.Hacktool.BP on gui-miner?

I downloaded the gui-miner from this forum, and just started mining a few weeks ago, just today my antivirus picked up this Application.Hacktool.BP virus I was just wondering if anyone else has had this come up on there antivirus as well.

Some AV software pick up mining tools as possible viruses because of botnet owners using their bots to mine.

The exe is smaller than 20MB, I think. So you could upload it to http://www.virustotal.com/ and check it against almost all AV software. If less than 7 pieces of AV software claim that it is bad I would assume that your AV software is misidentifying it.

EDIT: at a guess it is the CPU miner that it has an issue with (guiminer\miners\ufasoft\bitcoin-miner.exe):

Like I said above it is because of botnet owners that it has been flagged by some AV software. If you installed it on your machine then it is meant to be there. If someone else installed the software on your machine then it should not be there so hence it is flagged as being possibly bad.

I'm using bit defender antivirus, well since I got a thread up I was looking at doing another build as an upgrade to my gaming pc I currently use, let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions here are the links

 I was going to put 3x xfx 6970's in them debated on putting a fourth one in but I think thats a little over doing it since I primarly want it for gaming and to mine while I'm sleeping. If you guys have any tips on using a different motherboard or something else to get more bang for my buck I'm open ears and thanks for the replies!
