Bitcoin has been announced since the day it was invented, and it will be suppressed by governments in the future and declared illegal currency. Is the basis, the further development of the currency will be in the interests of the threat to traditional monetary and ruler, not the rights to cryptography currency once governments announced that the currency is illegal, its price will produce volatile in the short term, and may even crash. At the same time, the government will force the bitcoin exchange to be shut down, so that bitcoin can only be sold in private, and its exchange capacity will be badly hit. Will the government ban bitcoin?
The banning of bitcoin to a country will always depends on the government. If the government think that bitcoin will be a treat for their country then they wil ban it and if they feel that it will gives them an advantages then they will not ban it instead they will develop it.

You have a very violent fantasy! Do you really want to, or do you think that this will happen? At the moment, there are countries that are negative about bitcoin, but there are also countries that recognize it as a means of payment! So do not dramatize the situation, please

In my opinion most countries ban it. It is tax free and anonymous operation is difficult to control. The government always wants to hold. And it affects the banks

Bitcoin has been announced since the day it was found, and it will be oppressed by the government in the future and declared as illegal currency. What is the basis, the further development of the currency will be of interest to the traditional monetary and ruling threat, not the right to cryptographic currency after the government announces that the currency is illegal. In the same sense it is almost impossible for the government to stop this bitcoin cycle. The personal use of bitcoin will increase the circulation illegally and as we all know that there is no way to track someone using a private key. Even any kind of tax revenue that can be collected by the previous government is now impossible to collect. Therefore, the government will not ban bitcoin.

It is possible government can ban the Bitcoin but cant stop the Bitcoin.Bitcoin will survive till internet available here,Bitcoin is autonomous and no need of third party to operate it.Bitcoin is peer to peer technology based on blockchain which make it unique and independent.

I think the government will force the bitcoin exchange to close, so bitcoin can only be sold privately, and its exchange capacity will be devastated. Will the government prohibit bitcoin?

Government cannot control the movement of digital currencies across borders and that's why these currencies already pose a threat. Bitcoin success would also be its downfall.

Most like government might someday ban it if the criminal rate of transaction with bitcoin is getting on the high side.

I don't think that the governments will ban Bitcoin. In fact, some countries will not make people pay taxes for Bitcoin transfers etc. . So, it does not make sense that the governments will ban Bitcoin.

I think the  Government does not have enough and valid reason to ban bitcoin.  Considering the fact that bitcoin change many lives of people and help to reduce poverty through providing an avenue to reduce unemployment and give chance to earn beyond minimum wage.  The government also do not have the power to control the advancement of technology that might ease the living of their state and nation.   Maybe some government will just implement some law to regulate bitcoin to impose taxes from the earnings investors get from engaging in cryptos.  Logically, if the government really concern and protect their state, they will never ban bitcoin.
In additional,There must be enough legal grounds to ban or even restrict something, especially bitcoin,They must take into account everything related to the risks and they must make actions by considering balance between people's interest and public safety,In another situation their actions will be illegal, therefore in this situation everyone can  apply to the Constitutional Court to protect their bounded  property right.
So this is the main reason, why developed countries are trying to regulate it more liberally, therefore we all know countries with non friendly approaches.

Our government already banned Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Our government thinks that Bitcoin can be used for crime and terrorist activities. And also money laundering can be rising so high. That why our government banned Bitcoin and all kind of cryptocurrency. But most recently our government think to legalize it. And we hope one-day government will do this.

Government can try as much as they want but will not able to ban bitcoin, if they could, then they would have banned bitcoin long ago. So I don't think it is possible as long as internet works bitcoin will work too.

In the past my answer would be different but recently i think that many governments started to understand what bitcoin really is and what it’s based on. I don’t think they’ll try to ban in from now on. We’re living in a wide world, to ban btc or other crypto would be one of the most stupid decisions.

if any government think that this type of currency threatened their economical activity and can used for crime then they can ban bitcoin for exchange officially not any government can ban bitcoin for privately used  banning bitcoin will be possible to be happen because government always think that this transaction is a scam and can make chaos to everyone. It will be ban by the government if ever they dont know what really bitcoin is and how it really helps many people for their living government will ban bitcoin because they always think negative about bitcoin and that was makes them wrong...

I believe the government can ban Bitcoin, but it can't stop Bitcoin.Bitcoin will exist prior to the Internet available here, Bitcoin is Autonomous and does not need a third party to run it.

Most governments are already investing in bitcoin because their belief that crytocurrency is the currency of future investments.
