When you end up with losses after losses in gambling, then the best thing to do is to take a short break and to concentrate on something else. I have seen my friends frantically trying to make up for their losses by continuously gambling without a break, and in the end they lose all their money.

I think that's going to be continually devastating to the person and to people who care about him or her because it's going to destroy relationships just because of his decision to continue gambling. Losing money is okay but not stopping until you get enough back, might continue. Just accept that you have lost money.

actually, this is what we need after we get lose in gambling but unfortunately, it seems gamblers don't want to know and don't care about this so they still continue to play. I have a bad experience because of continuing in the next round and it's ended up with more losses and I feel really sad and ask myself, why I cannot stop for a while. I think it's because I cannot accept my losses and I want to try another chance which I don't know that the luck is not always on my side.

How can you say that there’s nothing wrong in gambling even when you are fully aware about some disturbing cases related to gambling? Trying gambling for one or two times doesn’t become a trouble for anyone because that will not last longer in your mind but when you will start visiting casino regularly that will cause the real trouble for our and also for your family members.

It's really hard to quit such thing since it has been proven scientifically that it's a disease and is a form of addiction like any other known addictions such as drugs or alcohol .. And quitting something that runs through the veines can turn up to be quite difficult especially for people that haven't strong will and self control .
