Yes you are right and if you gambling at online casino or sportsbook, you can just tell the support to delete your account or change the password randomly so it makes you cant gamble anymore. Start from yourself.

Lol it's like you're telling us that we should not quit gambling even though we have lost a lot. Me, I lost a lot. I just misclicked a button and then my money is gone. I put all of my money and then poof, gone. It's a bet on a tennis match. The stakes was high, I was sleepy that time and I didn't noticed that I betted at the wrong person and at the wrong odd. I never heard any gambler got success by following this type of deviation even this method was suggested in this forum for million times in my life with this community. I mean, suggesting a way for an addicted gambler is so easy, but following that in real world is too hard for them especially when they are into addictions.

I can ensure you, being addicted to something and finding a way to forget it will take a toll on you. Yes, the time that you are starting trying to forget gambling is hard, and while time is continuing to cycle, you are forgetting it but when the time that you remembered it again, the flame within you will be soar and start another problem for you.

But admit it, a part of you wanted that "blind" bet to win. "I'm very sleepy so I will accidentally click this bet and see if I'd hit the jackpot." It happened to me before as well. But what happens when your family, loved ones, and friends aren't willing to help you? Are any of them a addition psychiatrist or an addiction medicine physicians? We always ask for help from the people that we know when at the end of the day, it'll be only us who can help ourselves. Go ask for help professionally. The people around you can only advise you with things that you may have already thought of before as they didn't specialize in treating addiction. The only real help that you can get from the people near you is financially which sadly most of us are not really willing to give especially when yourself is the reason why you've become an addict. Anyone that is not bothered about him or her will definitely not bother about the family. The thing is if you are actually worried about the path you are taking, and you keep hearing from different angles how it is the wrong path, if you still decide to go ahead and follow that path anyway, then that becomes a terribly huge problem which is what I believe so many people who gamble do not understand, but simply because they just want to get that huge score from gambling, they let the wrong mentality take the best of them.

yes, you are right but at least we need to try to quit gambling especially if we cannot get a winning from the game. when this is happening, I think we need other people to help us so we can talk to them that we need their help to stay beside us and always told to us that we need to quit gambling. although it is hard and we really want to quit gambling once forever, we need to try. maybe we can reduce our time in gambling places and slowly we can reduce the amount of money that we use for gambling and soon, we can quit gambling.
