Hi everyone. I just wanna know if are we allowed to assign a red trust to a bounty managers who previously manage a scam bounty campaign or non paying the bounty allocations ?

of course you can always gave negative trust to any bounty campaign manager if they promote scam campaign or does not pay the required allocated token.
but only a feedback given by DT1 and DT2 member will reflected on trusted feedback. better post it as on scam accusation thread.

You are always allowed to give a negative trust if  there is a need for it. The only time giving negative trust is not good is only when given out of hatred and
malicious. So be careful.

Yes I know that mate. Its just in case ,and as of now these bounty campaigns are still under my observation and I am not into rush even they never paid bounty campaigns 4 months ago which I participated.
