Work on changes is actively conducted and tested in a test network. I do not think that the vitalik buterin will simply speak, he will certainly do everything he promised. Ethereum has a good team, so I believe in this project.

Undoubtfully, the purchase of Ethereum is the most conservative investment, but I wouldn't shift to this coin. At most I'd purchase ETH to fill no more than 60% of my portfolio. Bitcoin is still promising, and there're many interesting coins which can bring good profit. It's possible to invest just now and see what happens later on!

Yes I think the same as you. Ethereum is a good altcoin which may have been well planned due to its success. It stayed second to bitcoin. And it is a platform itself which makes it a very good coin to invest and I think it could still be going forward in the future. I even invested on it and have been holding the coin because I believe it is a working coin and is always in progress that leads other altcoin as well like a reference.
