How can you cool/vent the rigs in a garage?

Hey guys, big fan of the vibe here...I have been doing some insane research but still have no clear result, as to what path to take.

PROBLEM: I need to get my 30 gpu mining cards out of my house, I live in Florida and heat is not helping with my a.c. and cost.

SOLUTION INTENDED: place rigs in my garage.

I need ideas as to how to vent the rigs in my garage. My issue is garage has no windows, just the garage door. And also my HOA is a b i t c h with doing mods.

I was thinking venting out thru the garage roof but I bet the air coming out will be loud. My neighbors are close. Any ideas?

GPU miners shouldn't be that loud.  In the picture at the top of the garage door where the light is coming through, are those panels removable in anyway?  Maybe you could put a vent and some type of fan connected there to pull the air out of the garage.

Or what about making a vent out the roof of the garage? 

I have an office attached to my garage and I setup a gable fan from Amazon to constantly suck the air out of the room so it keeps the air flowing and the hot air is being removed.  (It's not summer here yet, will see how that goes).

I guess it would depend on how big of a vent fan you are using.  I'm using one that pushes 3010 cfm.. It's about 80DB right next to it, but say 10 feet away it's only like 65 db.

It draws 250w power when on so not terrible there either and definitely moves some air.

That vent out of your roof on your garage, is that just in an attic above the garage? If so you could just vent directly into the attic and that would work perfect.

1500 cfm each , they use around 260 watts each

noemaly i only ever have 4 on but with comininf spring
ive had to turn all six on which is not ideal.  Next few weeks
ill add ain intake fan 2500 cfm , to bring in outside air , that way the
total air in the garage gets exchanged faster ,

it should reall help impove tempa even further

If you want to vent out through the roof, make sure that there's an opening (air intake) at the lower level of your garage.
GPUs aren't noisy at all (except from Low Quality Heatsink Fans of substandard/old GPUs)

You need a proper airflow:

• Hot Air (Light) - Venting out to the top area
• Cool Air (Heavy) - Intake from the lower area, not necessarily need fans
• Mining Rigs - as low as possible

Get some ventilation in top and bottom of your garage.
Even if it is a couple of small openings on each face of the garage will dramatically improve airflow.

Or do you have this installed on a wall inside the attic?

How long have you been running your farm?  Just the Winter?

You're going to want some sort of opening for a fan or multiple fans to bring air into the garage.  Since you don't already have a window there, I'm guessing you'll want to just go as low as you can go.

I have two of these (one for each window) that I'll be pulling air in with.  Not sure if I'm really going to need to use both, but we'll see.

I rigged the shit out of it lol.  Basically it's mounted to the ceiling so it draws all the air out of the room and into the attic (which has 2 big vents outside).  I have one of those pull down stairs so you can access the atic, so i just made a cut out that the fan fits in and seals to so i didn't have to cut a hole into the ceiling.  So far it seems to be working fairly well, but again, it's winter here so i'm not so sure how summer is going to go.   I have a backdoor that I've put a security door on and then covered it with Styrofoam sheets and air filters to bring in cool air by the rigs themselves (I have 6 GPU rigs of 8 cards and 2 Antminer A3's sitting there).    My airflow could use some work because it draws it so quickly to the ceiling rather than through the rigs but that's on my to do list.

typically not a problem, the heat given off the from GPUs keeps the moister in the air at bay.

moving the hot air away always better than using A/C

I haven't experienced it, because this will be my first summer mining, but I live in midwestern part of the USA, and we have some humid days in July and August.  I'm very curious to see how that goes.

I installed a garage door vent in mine, still have another that I need to install in the top, but it's already improved the temperatures a lot!

Took a little less than an hour to install.

Long-term I plan on installing some gable vents along the top sides of my garage to allow for more airflow.

Right now it's functional.  Summer time I'm not sure.  I may bring in a portable swamp cooler and see if that helps with cooling assuming I can keep the humidity at bay.  The gable fan has a thermostat and humidistat so I can easily pull out air if the humidity gets to high.   The room it's in right now is approximately 10x20x9 so the air circulates almost twice every minute.   

I've been looking at warehouses to setup my own mining hosting operation (and I could use the space for my existing business) so I might switch it up when I find something.
