As much exhaust as you can stuff in there. Don't even consider cooling until you've done all that you can with the exhaust side. Then, if you want to run AC to drop the miner's intake air temps, so be it. I'd recommend an evap type of cooler rather than an air conditioner, far less amperage diverted.

Ive been looking at dual zone split acs they have a rediculous 22 ser rating
can cool up to 24k btus and cost only 2300 or so.

wattage is 1600 very reaonaable and you can get a heating and cooling model
which helps with humidity in the winter.

I built the outdoor box rig under a covered deck....

Works incredibly well except my issue was being able to bring enough power to the box under the covered deck as compared to the 2/30 A @240V I have in the garage.

Now I vent into the attic with 1250 cfm fan @ 90Watts and have filtered venting on my garage door.

Working quite well thus far with 30 GPU.

Thats some pretty wood!

If you run in the room itself also you need to exhaust and air conditioned for it bro. There is no heat issue will be produced if there is good temparature in your room bro. I see you are recommending big estimation for running with the high cost of electricity already with the miner.
Garage such a hot place. If you add the EVAP coolers are heating in the roof means it still as very bad temparature.

Here are my few Tips for have the Rig cool.
The best ist to have the rig in a cool place. I have them in the undergroundfloor, there it is the whole year cool.
I know a big fan which pushes the cold winter air inside the room to cool down the temperature a bit more that the fans are not so loud.
In the summer time I reverse the fan and push the hot air to the outside that It not start to getting warm inside.
This solution works perfekt for me. Nothing more is needed.

What?

My electric cost is very low. Why would I spend 10A on an air conditioning when I can spend 2A on an evap cooler and use the other 8A for miners?

Ambient outside temp here reaches over 36c for months. The evap cooler allows me to keep miner rack air intake temps under 27c which allows me to run the cards hard but they stay under 70c.

I don't know what cards you have but if for example you have 30 GPU @ 200W each that is 6,000W, so (not even counting PSU & CPU heat) you will need 20,500 BTU. The remaining 4k BTU that you're talking about will probably barely cover your PSUs, CPUs, etc. In the end you're best case stuck with ambient temps in the room.
If you find a way to exhaust the heat to the outside then you will only need a small AC unit to cool the room.

In the past I used one of these 14k BTU @ 10.8A, and had external intake & exhaust so in an 27c room it would pump out 16c air all day long. https://www.amazon.com/Whynter-Dual-Portable-Conditioner-ARC-14S/dp/B0028AYQDC

yeah I alaready have an external exhaust, I have six atttic fans.  I will be installing an intake fan next week.  The AC is just to help like you said cool the hotspots and add a few degrees of lower temps.

Plus it can help with humidity build up

I think using air conditioner is not good idea for garage cooling. Before I have a mini garage which is 9m2 with 2 AC, but it seems stuck at ventilation and not effective.
Finally, I have to setup again with 2 box fans and 2 high speed fans and remove all AC. The ventilation is very good, the room temperature is kept at around 34C, but these high speed fans are quite noisy.
