indeed the price of ripple has fallen very much in recent times. It seems to me that this coin has already lost all its prospects and this coin will die after some time. absolutely unstable coin, which I would not advise to buy

IMO Ripple is floating around a buck not because it's stable coin, but because BTC is floating in 8-11K range from a long time.

I have some XRP's for just in case, as a coin in Top 10. But I'm trying to avoiding it. I could suggest you the same.

Avoiding it sounds like a good strategy. Ripple experienced a very significant drop in 2018. So far it has been pretty much following the btc price behaviour. Nevertheless, it will not be so for always. Anytime those big investors that admit and support ripple can intervene seriously to make the price whatever they wish it to be. And they don't necessarily want it to be high, since price growth can be followed by a huge drop, while for banks stability is of paramount importance.

I do not know why you guys always love deceiving yourself. I guess you must have gotten your answer by now. The only reason you will see a stable move like that was only because of bitcoin at that point, everything moves as bitcoin moves and that makes me question alts a lot as to trading them as they are only good for me when they get pumped anyway and worst part for a manipulated coin like ripple.

I wonder where some of you always end up getting your figures from like $10 will just fall from the sky. It would not be bad if it happens anyway, I am always on the sidelines trading any coin that is making a bullish attempt, but I will rather hold bitcoin and keep increasing my holdings in it for the long run, because most of these altcoins will not last, and I do not trust Ripple from here to there.

I do not think the price of the ripple was able to reach $ 10. ATH ripple was $ 3. A very large investor would have to appear so that the price would grow so high.

Please don't think and buy this coin at all mate. There are many altcoins in the market you can put your fund on any potential cheap altcoins as  well. This is shit coins which has been background banks on them.
I see they are centralized platform crypto currency since they are one of the blockchain ledger used crypto currency. If you invested on ripple with in some years you will find all the cryptos vanished out from the world bro.

falling from $1+ down to $0.8 is more than 20% loss, and this means it is not only NOT stable but also it is getting dumped hard.

not to mention that price was $3.7 not so long ago which makes this DUMP that much harder as big as -78% drop.

Given the volatility, it can be called almost stability. BTC has lost much more of the asset as a percentage.

Don't predict a scrip bottom, because in a bear market, everything is possible, Ripple is a centralized tokens, so if the market is falling, then the Ripple should also continue to fall.

Although XRP is a centralized token, its price fluctuation is still very serious.

And I am sure when the market will recover, NEO should be one of those coins that will be having a very good time this year and I can bet on that. There are so many coins I am looking at presently, and the Op really did mention some of them, except for ripple which I do not like going an inch towards, no matter what, but for long term, NEO is obviously a perfect choice.

Ripple XRP is not the only crypto currencies in the crypto market that has fallen more than half of its value since December. There are other cryptos such as bitcoin which fell to a low of 6000$ after hitting almost 20000$ and there is ethereum that hit 600$ after hitting all time high of 1400$.

So its not just ripple, that has lost its value, the world crypto market has lost its value by more than half. Crypto isn’t stable at all, it fluctuates with the movement of the market and it can fall below 0.7$ if market crashes to that point.

XRP will surely be more than its all time high by the end of 2018 as the piloting ends and institutions actually start using it and making transactions of trillions of dollars through it. it’s the whole market that is stable within a range of values, not just ripple.

Apparently, they all focus on one particular market instead of actually looking at the main target which is even bitcoin in this case. The whole market move just in one way, and that is the way bitcoin moves and the only time they move in a totally bullish way is whenever bitcoin consolidates.

I expect every coin to do well in the long run once the market recovers, but personally I am not a fan of centralized non-cryptocurrency such as Ripple.

Can easily spend XRP like other coins, better in almost every case. I used xrp many times to pay people who only take bitcoin, the transfer between xrp and other currencies.  As Ripple labs grows their business, it should create an increase demand for their coin which should keep an underlying value for the coin.

XRP wont be pumped again,people are more aware that this shitcoin isnt a cryptocurrency,its a plain digital fiat which is being controlled by these bankers,doesnt want to support this coin because it has the banking structure that make it very centralized all of the developers including its founder has most of its supply that makes it easier to manipulate,stay away and thank me later.
