NEO I'd more stable and have a real product that is already working. They are also in a process of releasing a new decentralize trading platform like Etherdelta in Ethereum. Cardano needs to have a working product to catch up with the competition. You mean NEXexchange right? The most promising ICO this year, but they didnt reach hard cap! What a fail, such good project, but no investors  . |
