NEO bullish divergence on bigger timeframes. Closed 4H with a inverted hammer, volume slowly picking up, bounced on support line arround .485
Currently testing 21MA resistance on the 8h chart. Close above 21Ma makes me confident reaching .55 diag resistance line.
