In case no one else noticed, apparently there's a winery on the list too, that got placed in with the charities: http://www.handofgodwines.com/edit: Nevermind, there doesn't seem to be a way to pay with Bitcoin :-/

Interesting concept. A lot of people in this forum weren't around when this took place last time.

Well if noone ever spends their bitcoin then the overall bitcoin economy will not prosper which will lead to a long term lower value for your bitcoin that you have hoarded.

Well if noone ever spends their bitcoin then the overall bitcoin economy will not prosper which will lead to a long term lower value for your bitcoin that you have hoarded. There is NO "bitcoin economy", if everything is being instantly converted to fiat. Once businesses close the goddamn loop and pay suppliers, employees, rent in BTC, THEN there will be a bitcoin economy.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Woohoo! Will definitely have a bitcoin Friday party in Cleveland, OH, USA at the only restaurant accepting bitcoins (for now)!
Which restaurant are you talking about? I believe The Wine Spot and The Tavern Company both do.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

Is there a website for this year?
Are you doing any deals this year? Then again, It would have to be a massive discount to get me to spend my coins at the moment. I just can't bring myself to spend them at current value. Feel like I'd be losing money if I did. Maybe this time next year will be different.

Bitcoinblackfriday.com Sign up is on there too. Some deals are already in and they're insane. Up to 90% off at one tshirt retailer. Some of our bigger merchants are doing more discounts than they did last year too.
