0% per year, i.e. none same as Bitcoin - 2 (13.3%)

2.5% per year, i.e. roughly gold's rate - 1 (6.7%)
5% per year, i.e. roughly the historical rate society demands - 8 (53.3%)
10% per year - 0 (0%)
