BTC traded coins

ALF/BTC

ANN thread > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=230868.0

coin stats >

- 30 seconds block target
- 4 confirms per transaction. So every transaction will be confirmed in 2 mins.
- Difficulty retargets every 30 mins, that is every 60 blocks. Also using accelerated retargets at the beginning to completely avoid instamining.
- Total 210,182,000 coins.
- To encourage early adoption the coins per block is high for the first 3 days (block time):
   - 1st day: 500 coins per block
   - 2nd day: 200 coins per block
   - 3rd day: 100 coins per block
   - Starting 4th day, it will be 50 coins per block, will be halved every two years (or 2073600 blocks).
- First 1000 blocks of 1000 coins each are premined. This
is used for bounty of various needs. Also the 1000 blocks
   are used for checkpoints.
- connection port is 9538, RPC-port 9539
- Scrypt

good points > they say no instamine but the blocks were bigger for the first 3 days

bad points >As far as I can tell unaccounted for 1,000,000 coin premine ( 0.47% )

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

I think this will help people have more info on the coins they are buying and that should help the good coins survive and the junk coins die off

I support this idea. But I can't help but look at the first post and think "man, cryptsy has waay too many coins".

I have gone down the root of trying to getting more restrictions on what coins are added and was told that they will add coins the community wants and its not there job to tell people what's good or bad

I have tried getting them to have a junk coin removal policy and that never worked out

so informing people about the coins is the next best option

"TIX is a unique crypto currency being the only scrypt-jane with random block rewards for the first several hundred thousand blocks. It is a collective effort of several prominent developers that have experience both creating and maintaining networks for coins. Not only does this provide solid coding for the coin itself, but also the knowledge and experience to keep the network going and patch any issues, should they arise.

The development team will remain anonymous at this point, but will continue to monitor and maintain both the code and network better than any other developer or development team can. Our team is comprised of individuals that are responsible for no fewer than 20 coins currently being exchanged. Mine and trade with confidence of instant transactions knowing that this coin is backed by the best, and only the best. We don’t want this coin to succeed based on our reputations of releasing very solid and profitable coins. This one will speak for itself!"

As Stated on the cryptsy chat box i can confirm that i zack clarck was the creator of ALF, i paid hazard to create alphacoin premined it and dumped my share 0.2% on coins-e. The remained was split between satoshi, hazard, SPMavrodi, pirateat40 and iammatrix. in order to get it onto an exchange i tried to give a tip to bitjohn but he refused and a tip to the guys at btc-e who refused cause the coin is crap. only coins-e accepted.
