Well for most, these coins that tend to go against the flow are what some would consider shitcoins and would be extremely volatile. You could get stuck trading with them and make things a bit worse. I'd prefer to just relax and veer away from the market while my my holdings stay still. It's hard to make a move when it's like this

During the crisis in trading, of course, I will try to be calmer. I will not be hasty in making a decision in just a short time. When all the coins I have are low, I will hold them until I get high again. Most importantly we must always think positive and optimistic about what we do.

It's always advisable when in time of dips the only thing to do is hodl and wait for the right moment to sell your money for a high price to get a better profit. That's if, of course your investment is all in bitcoin but if you have invested to a different altcoin then you should cut your losses.

Create a list of primary needs.

Allocate funds in the form of investments.
Limit or minimize spending.
Try to have a lot of money in cash.

I think you just have only two options and that is either to withdraw your funds while it’s still early and while you haven’t lost much of your money, and the next option is to keep calm and have patience till the storm is over. If you ask me, I will prefer to hold it and have patience till it goes up again, cause that’s always the best thing to do. If you sell off, you might just end up missing the greatest opportunity that is yet to come.

Yes it is good to take break but it does not mean leave everything and sit idle, you can do holding as most of traders use to do, hold their coin until such time when the market will be able to recover, so if you will wait more you will surely earn more, I prefer holding in this situation, so hold your coin at the time of crises, patience will end up rewarding you with huge profit at the end,
