If it's not for selling than Merit itself is a currency here. Sendable merits are smerits which when sent are permanently assigned to wallet of the receiver as merit but the two are not exchangable. Though I'd love to seem more experimentation with this system.

Nice idea but thinking on it if theymos will make or launch a btt currency is not inevitable. If you are going to buy or sell make transactions post advertisements you can use directly in bitcoins or other accepted cryptocurrency. Bitcointalk focus more on its whole informational forum and not in creating crypto for buying and selling.

It's possible, everyone and every group of people of organizations can create their own blockchain and Crypto there's no limit.
I think it's more effective than other New Altcoins and ICOs that are being raised in other part of the world.
Bitcointalk Coin/Token is one of the most promising because most of the members in this forum are most likely will support this Coin for sure.

If the bitcointalj relase and make a new cryptocurrency then it have no choice it need ti compete in the other coins. We need as a businessman that the battle over the demand is to make ore advabtage and more benefit they're coin they not need to banned all coins and only bitcointalj release coin will used in this

I can really imagine if bitcoin is not for selling or buying. As we know that most people use bitcoin for earning money and much profit. Automatically, if btc is not for selling and buying, there will be money. Means that it is not cryptocurrecy or digital currency. I think there will be no one use bitcoin.

There have been a couple of coins using the bitcointalk name, and as you can guess they have not taken off, perhaps an official one could actually do really well, could tie the coin in with the Merit system as an example, i doubt it will happen though.

If Bitcointalk releases its own currency. I think the forum will be the place to advertise their money, there will be no room for other digital coin to exist on the forum. And we will lose a potential place to trade Crypto. I hope this does not happen.

I don't think to understand the history of this forum, the currency of these forum is BTC, it was created by Satishi himself, is it because now they have allowed Altcoins section to strive in the space and other tokens are allowed to strive. BTC is the currency of this forum and I don't think the moderators or people in charge now will think about creating new tokens

No, because the bitcointalk forum and bitcoin are founded by satoshi nakamoto and operate under its license. I don't think they could have created their own currency and that would violate some of the codes of ethics or commitments that had been made before.

Yes, if bitcoin can't be used again or no one wants to use it again. So it can be ascertained they will look for other solutions to maintain the continuity of the bitcointalk forums to educate the new generation to come through as well.

Bitcoin is a currency which has a forum called bitcointalk. This forum was created by the inventor/creator of bitcoin. There is no need in creating another coin as I dont see the application of that token. If it is done, the implication would be unimaginable. I cant imagine the use case of such a token. And bear in mind that it will be called an ALTCOIN.
