Hi,
Can you help me fix the wierd error I'm getting on this:

I had the same issue ... reinstalled the client copied the wallet.dat from the old install back into the new install

Looks like your block database might have been corrupted. Try deleting everything in your data directory except wallet.dat.

Also note the blocks aren't up to date, so recent transactions wouldn't show. Latest I've got is 137707, 28 minutes after your post and 29 blocks later.

Check on blockexplorer what block contains your payment

the 1.35 payment to the address beginning with 18 is mine.
I found that 1 file is responsible for this blkindex.dat.I know this because when I deleted this,it recreated the blocks rather quickly.When I out in the old version (after backing up the new one of course),the problem returns so it is that file in particular.

If anyone else in the future has this problem,try the blkindex.dat file first before deleting everything else.

Anyways problem solved but it looks like it'll take ages for me to get my payment
