Those people "Panic Seller" are people who are inexperienced and never understand cryptocurrency, they are just joining the trend especially when the market price of bitcoin skyrocket into 20K but then those "Panic Seller" never understood what is happening that is why they are immediately selling their coin and not attaching themselves with bitcoin. Not sure if everyone is a panic seller, I know people who believe in a next dip based on TA and sentiment analysis and put profits aside. Not sure if TA really works but you have to agree it is weird that Consensus seems to have less impact on the market then news about a police investigation of a Korean exchange.

Yes, panic seller will effect the price of bitcoin. The supply will high and the demand is low. So, the price will down.It is my opinion.
