Yes, sort of! That what you seen was probably a bit old. The date is inside the text file...

To generate that text file, i use: https://github.com/aquachain/x/, inside ./cmd/explorer

I just refreshed it, so it should be up to date. Haven't gotten around to making it automatically update.. should will be doing that soon. In the mean time, older ones can be seen by adding a number such as richlist0.txt or richlist1.txt
