据兰州网警消息，兰州一网民在某业主事务讨论qq群、微信群发表了“南京是不是还没有被日本鬼子强奸够”等极端言论，引发公众强烈谴责。14日，兰州警方违法行为人李某抓获。并依照相关法律法规，对李某行政拘留15日，处500元罚款处罚。警方表示，侵华日军南京大屠杀乃国家之殇，民族之悲怆，国家和民族尊严不容践踏,对挑战国家法律、亵渎民族情感的违法滋事行为,公安机关将一如既往,坚决予以严厉打击。
