Exchanges don't show their fees on main page.
You should go through some number of pages to find this /
In this thread you can found main pairs of exchange too, that you can see only after registration on certtain exchanges.

Suggestion: Please add links to all the exchanges given by you, it will become more helpful for some lazy geeks who don't want to go and search for them.
Some may even get trapped by some phishing sites while doing that.

I use kucoin and cryptopia, they are both good exchangers and both have deeponion market. I think kucoin is one of the fastest and easy exchanger I ever used, I really recommend it. You can add both to the list.

What would be really helpful is an up to date list of exchanges with their current status of withdrawals. This means how long wait times before withdrawals are executed and any limitations. It is very handy to know BEFORE depositing and starting to trade anywhere.
