Signs of a good team:
- they are open, respond to messages
- they are experienced in their industry
- the team contains specialists of different profiles
- they are real
- it is desirable that they already had experience of participating in other projects

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

A strong team is one of the most important scale to measure or consider when looking out for successful Icos.  The team behind any project is as important as the project itself cos if the team is competent/incompetent, it will tell on the chances of the project succeeding or failing. Judging from experiences from my ICO participation so far, the Bankex team has been the best for me. These guys are always on ground, I do not think they even sleep, thus resulting to the great success of the project.

I think it's not all that straightforward. Many teams disintegrate because of conflict of interest, people either do not find a common language or are not satisfied with their share in the project.

Rentberry have a strong team - their CEO and CTO studied at UC Berkeley and Stanford in Economics, Management and Engineering.  Both come from solid backgrounds as well - working for Deloitte, Altera, Amazon Music and Cisco.

There's even more about their project which is work taking a look at as well though:

-Rentberry were named by Forbes and Inc as one of the “Top ICO’s of 2018” and “Top Real Estate Startups to watch in 2018”.
-Rentberry are expanding internationally soon, and their mobile app is being released in another few months.
-Their web app/platform has been operating for 3 years and has over 224,000 listings on their site.
-Currently their token is valued at about $0.09, however their ICO level was $0.33, and so there are a large amount of participants who will not sell until a 3x increase in value has occurred. Also, by then it is likely that most will not want to sell at break-even, and so values of over 3x are likely within the short - medium term.
-The expansions of their existing platform are likely to provide higher than 3x growth in the token in the long term.

A strong team is those who have the good track record to run some programs or project. They also have well experienced in the related term of cryptocurrency. A strong team should also be real, the real team with the clear identification. Then, a strong team must apply and have the best concept in this cryptocurrency that will lead a project to be successful in the ICO and in the market.

There are dozens of ICOs and every one of them has a different team. Right now we cannot choose the best one if they don't have any experience in the past with other projects. But I am sure we will find out soon which are the best ones because their project will surely become successful and popular

You can have all the best team in the world but still trail in your ICO. In team selection its based on how much work they can do to put the project at first in the ICO business. Best and strong team for me so far this year has been the SHIVOM team.

There are thousands of projects out there, certainly many ICO headed by the founders of certain coins in the market and they know exactly how to do better and which direction is more promising. I think a team with experience is a strong team and visible from their efforts in building a solid communion, not the other way around.

Almost every coin has its own development team. Which team is the strongest and most promising in your opinion?

It is very difficult to assess the teams of projects based on the achievements that are written on the landing page. In the most cases this is just advertising and in any case it is not known how much each member of the team is really involved in the project.
